Also, stuff like this can happens all the time immediately after transplanting. Give them some time to recover.

Yeah I have to agree, it's most likely transplant shock. The yellowing is not nearly as bad as I figured from your first post (almost non existent) which would've progressed much further if you had been watering incorrectly this whole time.
