no expert, but maybe its cal/mag def as you are using RO water, someone pointed out to me before that if i use i it, i will have to add to it, (noob here so u prob shouldn't listen to me) :) i also think that 1 - 2 low feeds over 6/7 weeks is a bit little, maybe try wait a little longer between waterings also make sure the pots dried out abit, try water the day before its too late, again no expert on leaf diagnosis or anything, but a flush nxt watering and a measurement of your PH + EC from your run off water would give you a clue into whats going on in your soil

i'd go with slight nute burn, and could be early signs of a def. more then likely CaMg, but i;d flush first, and if it pursists then look at deficiency's

just organic potting soil (not miracle grow brand). I just figured it was burn because I assumed soil would have enough nutes?? I am doing a flush today. Would a ph tester help me id the problem?

those aren't burnt, that is either a N def or magnesium def... Hard to tell but I would go with mg due to the fact your using bottled water, get some calmag and up your good intake

thanks max..if I add cal/mag and it dont need it..will it hurt anything?...the breeder says they LOVE nitrogen so maybe it is N??
stupid question...can i be watering with tap water or hose water? i just figured bottled water was safer

tap water is fine, just to make everyone happy you should flush then re feed and you should get back on track.. but i still think its a def

if its a def, i would lean twards K or Z, but if your gonna use tap, you should check online with you local water source and make sure they do not use cloramine, if so, you will need a special water filter to remove it, it does not dissapate over time like clorine and can kill all youre benificials

Looks like the start of a minor magnesium defiency too me...a couple foliar feeding of epsoms salt should help put a halt too it. 1/4-1/2 tsp per qt/liter should do the trick.

They are about 7 weeks old..

probably 2-4 times (alternating weeks) i dipped a tooth pick in earth juice and dipped that in the spray bottle ....that i misted them with...

I only fed them 1 time with the actual EJ in the watering... I gave them 1/4 teaspoon of earthjuice in 1 gal of water.. about 2 weeks ago... other than that its been all plain bottled water.

im gunna go with exactly what i said the first time...minor burn, and possible early stage if Mg def. laugh now...but when you post a problem, and think you know it...and your plant dies, then ill be the one laughing while twisting one up!
