I use GH MaxiBloom which is pink in colour, but when you use such a small volume to test, the nute's colour doesn't impact the test result

I had the same concern initially, but the color is insignificant when put in a small vial.
I use the GH drops. Its surprisingly easy to eyeball pH 6.0 for example.
My floranova looks like dark tea in a bucket, but again, in a vial is just barely noticeable.

I have a Apera PH60 pen which has worked well, but I still like the drops for a sanity check

My Apera PH20 arrived today. The PH Pen looking very solid and it's heavyer then most PH pens. I first will read the Manuel bevore I do anything.

I have everything for it the PH Cleaning solution, the KCL and the Calibration liquid.

maybe it's my eyesight going to shit then! i couldn't make out a color last time i tried them. it might also be the green led in the room that was throwing off the colors.

glad you cleared that up for me and the others.

make sure that calibration solution you picked up has the same values as the one the Apera pH meter calls for. Every meter is a little different it seems, yeah the manual is going to be important to go over to make sure you calibrate correctly!

that flat thing is for cleaning off the TDS/EC/PPM pen. The solution for the EC pen is almost abrasive, and when you use it a lot of crap comes off. I neglect my PPM pen and it is rarely off by 10-20ppm after I check calibration. The pH pen however drifts pretty far pretty quick, about .1 pH per month or so.

They give you a travel soft bristle toothbrush with a liquid non abrasive soapy type cleaner for the pH probe with the pH cleaning kit.

Since I Started using Cyco Platinum nutrients I Don't PH balance and it always ends up 5.8-6.0 for coco.

Hey, I belive i bought shit ph solution and 2 PH Pen are damage do you think the Calibration Liquid is Shit and damage the electrode from the Pen?

LOL I change the Batterie from the Adwa PH Pen and know the Shit works xD the change just a few because I thought they was right but they wasn't. So Cool I can give my money back drin the Adwa
