plant taking a lot longer than 1st thought... ?? :s

not sure if any 1 can help but
i have 4 lemon haze ladys and been using biobizz bloom and max
follwing the directions given and they are still tryong 2 grow. although they hav been growing for roughly 14-15 weeks they have been turned and it seems the bud spots arnt fillin out throughout the whole plant. slightly confusing as its frosty like the snowman and super stinking . they are currently on 12/12 and yet still new shoots are coming at the top of the plant were buds are formed

I have two super lemon haze, they didnt even start to bud until the 6th week. Now, in the 8th week all the colas have foxtailed so badly that I am thinking of trashing them. These ladies are 6' tall and i was expecting 4-5 oz. from each! If ur plant foxtails, any clones from it will do the same so dont even waste ur time. ( i took over 100 clones from them and I am pissed off!) I used FF nutes on mine. Good luck!
