Pollen sacks on lower branches

Is it normal to get a few pollen sacks onn the lower branches of your plants, they dont appear to be in the buds but i fear i will discover them later as im only in 3rd week flowering. there is nothing noticably stressing them.. no light leaks, fans arent blowing too hard and there is no nute burn and the ph seems stable ( i let it sit over night) so i dont know what it couldnt be from. I had a hermie from these seeds before but i assumed it was from some outside factor, can it be that i got bad genetics? i did get 17 for 60 bucks from bc seed king im growing the purps and its a really piss off because there male to female count was pretty low to begin with... anyone have any advice?

if you see ball sacks at all it means pollenation is going to come next....I'd get that away from your other plants ASAP
