Really bad lighting problem :(

HI all, just out my grow cupboard not long ago and I managed to destroy my main 250watt dual spectrum CFL light.
I still have about 60watt of smaller CFL light above my plants which I hope will do as my babies are two weeks into budding now.
I have some 6400k lights that are not in use as I'm budding flowering the plants on 2700k lights. Could I use the blue's for extra lighting??
I was thinking and having the 2700k lights closer to the plants with the 6400k lights just behind the others??

Yeah I mix the bulbs in flower. I use both blue and red,, I found this out... Blue makes tighter denser better nugs while red makes larger fluffier buds.. Alot people will say I am wrong about that, only red for flower. but its not true.. Mixed is always better

If I could, I would use a mixed spectrum flowering setup. My 400 and 600 HPS has done and will do great by me, but I've always longed for something I think is optimal like a twin 250 MH and HPS under one hood.
