I am looking into getting a portable, countertop Reverse Osmosis filtration system. There are multiple types with different numbers of stages and types of filters: Sediment Filter, Carbon, Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, and Remineralization amoung others.
Does anyone know if Remineralization is good for plants? Or should I go with a model that leaves the TDS as low as possible with no added minerals and just use micronutes for my minerals?
Do I really need the 5 stage that has deionization? Or will a 4 stage with reverse osmosis and sediment filter be enough? Any advice on brands or any other tips on reverse osmosis would be appreciated. Thanks
