Anybody ride the Airdyne bike? It’s a real challenge and will have you sweating in 10 mins if you want to. I was doing 45 min rides now I’m doing 20 min rides with 1 min max 45 sec rest. This thing is a beast. 4950A048-800F-4974-A7E8-5E28E3C0597B.jpeg
