Shipping container grow. Condensate /black mold.

I recently moved from SC to OK to take a job running a grow. Get in on the business at the bottom type of deal, the main building is still being completed. We have one operational container growing ATM. 20+ mothers. Around 75 rooted clones now. And 35 more rooting.

My issue is it gets frigid cold and mega windy here. The entry area of the Container condensates up like crazy, freezes, the door even freezes shut sometimes. Now I come in on a 65+ degree day and it's dried out and I spot black mold over the door. From the near constant condensate. I'm going to bleach the he'll out of the mold. Any advice on solving the condensate issue?
My best guess is a heater and dehumidifier?
I have to figure it out, I'm in the end phase of flower container build. Lights up table built all but anchoring it. Table plumbing too I guess. But I don't want to see the same issues in container 2. Thanks folks

Bleach wont kill mold.

Needs better ventilation. Sounds like you also need a dehumidifier. If its gets cold in there you need heat, also a way to cool when it gets hot in the summer, and protect the outside door from the cold.
As mudballs says if its drywall you need to use antimicrobial paint.

Weather stripping, your getting warm moist air exiting the door frame, when it hits cold air it will freeze in place.

The well insulated part is key. If he is going to keep having such a large temperature differential the problem will persist. Full proof solution is to frame up a structure surrounding the container and control that environment as well. Gonna cost you at start up but minor costs in the world of Cannabis production lol

Not Kelly. Bosses design these 2, I had nothing to do with first container build. I did Everything in #2 but electrical and heat ac. You can see the main building in the background. Maybe we can construct a small entryway between these 2 containers. Thanks for all thoughts so far

You have to open the end swing doors to enter? if so thats not smart either tent the end with the doors or cut out a side door frame it an hang a normal door

we have doors cut out and welded in on the side. regular metal entry doors. then an entry area, with a door to the grow areas. update today, its worse than i thought. i can post more pics later but its worse. i do have some food grade citric acid i keep around my place in case i ever run into W
PM in my home grow. I think remember like 2 spoons for a litre for plants. any advice on how to mix it for this black drywall mold? someone earlier said bleach wouldnt kill it, is citric acid strong enough for drywall mold? i know its mild enough for plants
Again thanks folks. Also guess where my bossman is? the other side of the fucking world, on vacation, again.. so I cant get his ass over there to asses it proper

Citric Acid will kill mold, but unless you take care of whats causing the problem, it will eventually come back.

2 ½ teaspoon of citric acid and 1 cup of water, and leave it for 15 minutes to 1 hour (the longer, the better). Scrub with a brush, and flush.

Id use antimicrobial paint like mudballs suggested. Water is going to destroy your drywall.

Clean with citric acid.

Prime with Zinsser Mold Killing Primer.

Paint with Sherwin Williams Paint Shield

You really need to get rid of the moisture/humidity.

No if its a significant patch you cut that drywall out

Picked up 189 dollar dehumidifier, some kilz, fan, bleach for surface spores. Have citric acid, also another sodium Carbonate spray from Lowes that says it penetrates. Masks, scrubbers, poncho, full body weather suit. About to pick a fight with it.

Are there plants in there now? If not, I would blast that fucker with a ozone generator after cleaning off all the mold. Kill anything in the air left over. Maybe spray/wipe the equipment off with zerotol 2.0, Zerotol UC, or diluted H2o2?

I dont claim to be an expert, but I would think this would more or less disinfect the environment of any left over contaminants. Best of luck!
