Any ideas what this leaf discoloration is? It's not super bad or anything. I'm just trying to keep my girls perfectly healthy

Is that the only spot? Could of had another leaf laying right on top for a week or 2 stealing all the light... keeping it nice and wet

When was that? She was probably struggling to eat while those leafs were new growth. Weak cells, missing nutrients, ect. If it's not wide spread I would associate it with a certain time period... like when your ec was way higher than you thought

I super cropped her and bent the stem and ever since then it's been looking really stressful at the top of the plant. But she is growing back towards the light so the growth is fine, it's still alive lol. And yeah man it's just in a certain part of the plant at the top near where I supercropped :bigjoint:

I can’t see the picture but aren’t you supposed to let coco dry out some before watering again? Every day seems excessive unless the pots are drying out that quickly. I let mine dry out watering by the weight of the pot with good results. Also I am learning to vary the ph a bit keeping it within a range of 5.6-6.5 ( with coco)
This allows the different nutrients to be absorbed at their ideal ph. You can also treat a nutrient deficiency by specific ph for best absorption of the nutrient needed. Charts available online .

You never let coco dry out. It's not soil. It's coco which is a hydroponic medium. If you are letting your coco dry out you are doing it completely wrong my friend. I have been learning on this site for quite some time now.

If you notice, some of the leaves are dark green and this is an indication to over feeding. "Nitrogen toxicity" and because I am fixing the issue and flushing at half strength the leaves are adjusting and the plants are under stress. Not only that, but I was doing some high stress training calling Super Cropping and I bent the stem back to stop them from growing into the light, which has probably caused the plant even more stress?

From my understanding. The light green leaf is how the plants should be all over. The other leaves are overfed leaves. High in nitrogen

Not totally dry- plants are not let to wilt- i am watering pretty much every other day- until it drains out around 10-20%.
Nah man, you are totally wrong. You should be watering everyday in coco. Ask anyone here on the site and they will tell you the same thing. It took me 10 years to learn this fact. I kept denying it and I wouldn't take any advice and then 1 day my plants were dying so I decided to water every day until run off and take everyone's advice here on the site and the plants bounced back within 1 week

Here sre some of my colas at 4 weeks-
Still thinking i am doing something drastically wrong??
I used to do the same thing and water my plants in coco every 3 days and I still got good results. But not as good. When I am watering until run off everyday and keeping the coco soaking wet the plants are growing a lot better. You are treating the coco like soil, so you will get soil results, instead of hydroponic results.
