There was an article in the Santa Barbara News press that has 2 phone numbers that you can call.. One for So Cal Edison and One for PG and E. You can call these numbers and tell them you would like the installation of your smart meter (Only if one has not been installed) postponed.. evidentally there is a hearing on these things and as long as it is being heard you can have the installation postponed until the case is settled... may or may not be of any help for you folks but i thought I would post...
