Snapped plant wasn't sure if correct forum

A few days ago i snapped the main stalk of 1 of my vegging plants (not a whole lot of plant was lost but for some reason i didn't tape it back up) is there anyway the plant will keep growing from that stalk? The plant didn't even really seem bothered by it only reason i post this is because usually i just tape it but for some reason i didn't this time and i have no experience of what happens next when this takes place.

You basically topped your plant.

Now pinch the stalk and bend it over, tie it down and let it grow. You will have 2 tops for every internode. Then do it again when you have 3-4 nodes....Top all the tops... Bonzai the girl
