Hello RIUUUUUUUU !

I Come back for another adventure, after some mistake like over watering at the beginning ,and after the discover of 5 male on 7 plant , i decide to share with the community my growing journal !

How i'm a huge fan of photography, especially macro photography, i would try to do some nice shoot. I will open soon a special thread on macro photography !

Purpose

The first purpose is to do a little selection, the second is to have quality and the last on is to fix my problem of magnesium deficiency that i have always at the middle of the flowering. I will try with the mono nutrients canna magnesium. And of course try to manage all of that, try to learn always more and share it the better i can !

So, for that run i launched 10 seeds of Master Kush regular of White Label, 8 seeds pop up, 1 seeds never grow up. So on 7 plant i had 5 male and finally have only 2 female. If i had more place i would loved to do a male selection but for the moment it's not possible.

Without forget that i had the hand really loud at the beginning with the little plant, a big over watering that stop the vegetation during one months, after some deficiency in nitrogen. But now the 2 lady are really fine.

So the ''little'' selection will be on that 2 female in 6 l pot. No special criteria for selection, only the taste and nice indica for pain and for sleeping with a minimum of yield of course ! But i won't be difficult, may the best woman win !!!

For the moment, the Master 1 looks like a lot to the 2, but little different in the size of the leafs. And yep clearly too much nitrogen !

Master Kush Reg White Label :
An Indian-Afghani hybrid created from two true-breeding Indica seed lines that were collected in different parts of the Hindu-Kush. The cannabis from this area has always been valued for its resin production and Master Kush retains this quality, as well as the vintage flavour of her parents earthy and pungent, with a hint of incense. The taste of Master Kush will remind many smokers of hand-rubbed charas hashish. This is no surprise, as Kush weed is a major source of charas. A plant of great physical power, without the mind-numbing 'stoney' effect of many Indica strains.

For replace all of that male and have a minimum yielding, i have some cutting that i made from mother plant that i made in my last grow journal ( see in my signature ) This is the Sour Tangie of Crockett Farms Family

So i have on Pheno Sour, but i will kill her because i discover that she make lots of banana at the end of flowering, but as i like that taste , i will keep her until i fine a girl that can replace her. That's why i open a thread on lemon skunk, i want to come back to the source.

Sour Tangie Reg Crockett Farms Family

As the name suggests, they've crossed the Sour Diesel from the East Coast with Tangie, looking for an outstanding mostly Sativa plant with an extraordinary terpene profile.

Two phenotypes can be found, one more resemblant to the Sour Diesel and the other one to the Tangie, although both of them grow fast and finish their flowering in about 9 weeks. They grow tall and big, with long internodes and a strong stretch during the pre-flowering stage, almost until the 4th week of bloom.

Yields are around 600gr/m2 of dense and large flowers with an impressive amount of resin glands. Thus, it is a cannabis variety that ensures resin extractions of the best organoleptic quality.

The smell ranges from pure Diesel to fresh mandarins, with all the possible combinations between them. The effect is intense, relaxing and cerebral, leading you to a pleasant state of happiness.

So i grow drain to waste coco and manual watering with all of my room.
For the technique , i do some topping when they are young, some bondage :fire:

, some cropping and some super cropping. That make a first test for the selection and test their resistance.

After i put some fencing, more to keep the bud straight, because i don't want that they fall. A second fencing is possible depending the stretch .

Hello RIU !!

Here we go for the first news, and a little song for listen during the reading !

The mood of the moment...

The temperature is a little bit too low, but stable , the humidity il a little bit too low too, but that will be ok for the flowering, and for the trichome proliferation with the dry climat. But i will need to get lot of attention a the end of the flowering for not have some moisture, because every plant will be very tight, it's like a battle bud ! I will put the fan 24h/24h a the end of flowering for stir up the air constantly between the leaf and help for plant transpiration evaporation!

So at F+14, i change the light for put the hps, i see that the mk1 and the mk2 have too much nitrogen, next time i will put less nitrogen by changing the ph down with P and not the N, put a little less of A&B and less of Rhizotonic

The stretch is soon finish, maybe they will grow up more like 10cm max i think, i cut the last branch that don't have enough light . I start the canna boost, because the flowering is now really started, i will add a little bit a the beginning and increase during flowering.

Everything is going well, and i cross my fingers for follow that way

I'm a huge fan of photography, i fall in the world of macrophotography and then always want to have more magnificent ! At Christmas i will receive my new motorized stacking rail. What's up RIU ?? I Hope that all have great time !!

So here we go for the news, and of course always a little song for begin

Okay, first a little look at the mother plant room !

The temperature is not perfect, 16 degree is a little bit cold, but i can't put more warm, i can but i don't want. The hygrometry is a little bit low too but i spray water every day to keep them in good condition ! A little deficit in nitrogen for the Sour Tangie, pheno Sour and pheno Tangie, i add more A&B now, and spray a little bit of nitrogen on the leaf.

The Sour tangie look good, she grow good and fast under the leds, the ADN nutrients a and b is a good one. I will change that led soon for better spectre with a 4000 or 5000K or a mix ! A little root trimming is made every 2 or 3 months for keep them in that 6l pot

This is the cut that i take from the master kush 1 and 2 before i launch them into flowering. Looking good, but i need to be really careful with nitrogen .

So what happen in the vegetative and flowering room ???

The temperature is a little bit low but stable so that's okay for me, maybe at the end some pure color will appear. The humidity is perfect too, really dry for lot of resin !

I make an error with the ph, but that was in the norm, normally in flowering i keep the ph between 6 and 6,1

It's strange because the master kush 1 and 2 do a reaction after the excess of nitrogen, i don't want to put less a&b because i was thinking that they will eat more, but the leaf of the top is more yellow, not really yellow but the green is less darker. I need to check that closely !

The stretch was a nice one, i love big plant ! But next time i need to get more attention for have smaller plant, the master kush 1 is under the bulb and i already see that she get too much heat, the bud is looking tropical, like if she have too much heat. The mk1 and mk2 have bigger strech than the sour tangie. Maybe it's because they are from seeds and not from cutting but strange for an indica strain.

The bud is going to get bigger, if it continue like that i will have some nice run !

At this time this is not the one i prefer, i don't really like the structure, but the heat don't help, a really nice orange smell start to come

I like this one, good structure, more trichome than the mk1, and i prefer that smell, more typical earthy smell.

Always that lemon smell that i love, but she's already launch some pollen , i don't find any banana , it's ninja banana !! Hope i will find that lemon skunk in regular one day !!

Some macro that i made, but i forget to write the strain... promise the next series, i 'll name the strain !!

The macro shoot is really difficult now, because the plant are really tall, i put the tripod at the max and every vibration make harder to shoot. But it's always a challenge !!

Always the same problem with the mk1 and mk2, it start from the high, so it's an excess , maybe the N excess, i don't know. I will follow that very closely !

As you can see i can't put a lot more higher my light, there is on bud that have too much heat, i will try to crop that one

Look a this little trichome family that climb the mountain of the leaf :joint:

There is not a lot of trichome, but under the leaf it's another thing, maybe the excess of heat ??

The leaf are not yellow, but the speed light and the hps take more time for have good color on lightroom because 2 different spectre.

I love that pheno, good structure , nice smell, nice resin, not like the sour tangie but nice too ! I can't wait to try it !!

For be honest, i don't have lot of time now, too much works, by night, sometimes 7 night without interruption , so when i work, my room is sleeping, and when i sleep, my room is working ... not enough time for me, for the news and for the photography but i try to do my best ! Now i have some days off so i will enjoy that time.

The weather is always stable, but gap of the temperature and hygrometry increase a little bit but that will be ok ! I wait that purple at the end for the photography ! I think the low hygrometry and the bud too close to the light make some trouble like the leafs close. But at the end it's not too much grave.

I add 0,3 ml/l of Canna Mag, l put a little bit less of A and B. They are really dark green and i want to put slower down the ec for the rinsing.

I had too 0,3ml/l of Canna Mag. Same it put a little bit less of A and B. The problem on the mk1 and mk2 continue but really slow, i hope they won't finish so bad !

I add 0,5 ml/l of Canna Mag and 0,5 ml/l of Canna Pk13/14. The ec is too much high, i made a mistake, i will rinsing them really nice but the sour tangie is normally nice with my mistake !

I do the shooting at flowering day 43. That was the only time that i have enough time for shoot. I will do another session soon at the beginning of the rinsing and the end i don't know how i will finish that, with my workshift..... it will be sport !

So the master kush 1, at the end i like this pheno more and more, the smell change a in something really fruity skunky, and the bud are really fat, i will check at the smoke. Not a lot of trichome if a compare to the other. Next time i will do a better run with that master kush !! For see her true character ! And i will try to not put that one just under the light !

Now the master Kush 2, this one is really cool, always that good smell, it look like a lot that the shiva skunk i had in the past, not big bud, but really compact and really white. I really wait from her sedative and loud, for sleep fast. But all my mistake will have an impact on the final product !
