Sour Tangie Select Mother Plant, Cream Caramel, Leeroy // 400W Hps // Coco DTW

Hello everybody !

I'm new here and i don't speak english very well but i will do my best ! I grow since 10 years and i'm in love with all that flavor that the weed can offer ! I'm here to share my experience and to improve my knowledge !

I hope it will be a pleasure to read a part of me !

So here we go !

STRAIN:

Sour Tangie from Crocketts Farms ( east coast diesel x Tangie )

I lauch 10 regular seeds and will do my selection on this strain

Cream Caramel from sweet seeds ( blueblack x maple leaf x white rhino )

I have 2 plant from mother plant

Leeroy from RareDankness ( Triangle kush x RD 2 )

I have 2 plant too from another mother plant, but don't know what the flowering can give ! I will test that !

GROW TECHNIQUE:

So i use coco soil from atami, and use the drain to waste technique . I work with the Canna nutrient and others :

-Canna A&B (Cro&Flo)
-Canna rhizotonic (Boost racine Cro)
-Canna Start ( Cro)
-Formulex ( Cro)
-Cannazym ( Enzyme Cro/Flo)
-Canna Boost ( Boost de Flo)
-Canna Pk13/14 (flo)

MATERIAL OF MOTHER PLANT BOX: (90x90x160cm)

-110w TN & 125w CFL for the light
-Extract fan 220 m3/h systemair with phonic duct and phresh filters.




MATERIAL OF CUTTING BOX: (90x90x60cm)

-110w TN for the light
-Extract from the Mother plant box with a connected duct



MATERIAL OF THE VEGETATIVE AND FLOWERING BOX: (100x100x200)

-400w HPS gavita and 400w MH Philips ,matrix high garden relfector, lumatek ballast
-Extract fan 1020m3/h systemair with phonic duct and phresh filters connected to a systemair variatior

I just put the plant under the 400w MH, before they growed slowly in the box of the mother plant

So for explain every thing, i cut the principal branch to have more that one bud, i attach them to improve the light for the secondary and pinch the top . With all of this torture i want to test the resistance of the plant to make sure it can be a good mother plant and a the moment only 2 plant drew my attention.

I will wait until i can cut 2 cuttings from each plant to do my selection, after i put the plant in flowering phase, and when i will remove the male i will add the cutting of the cream caramel and the cutting of the leeroy to use every space in the box.​

Little trouble :

For explain, i have this problem from the beigining , after many and many research, i think that it's Erwinia, it's a fu***** bacteria. I think that the problem started when i torture the plant , like cut, pinch etc... that's mean that i have 2/3 plant that are not resistant . Okay i'm here to do a selection, we will see during the flowering

So i decided to increase the nutrient more 0.2 and i do a foliar spraying of neem oil with a concentration of nitrogen 92 %, because i think that they are enough green

So today, i can see that some plant show their sex ! So i found all ready 3 guys and 5 lady, and 2 plant don't want to show me more but it's look like male !

After this increase of nutrients and the foliar spray, i can see that they feel more good, more healthy, that mean that they need more nitrogen !

Summary:

So i found 5 lady's, but only 1 catch my eyes ( no mark and very good health), 3 guys that i kill et 2 another plant that don't show nothing

So i had a deficiency of nitrogen, but now it's okay, i look every day to see if it's okay, because i will pass in flowering phase soon, and for taking cutting in good health!

Soon, i will put the Sour Tangie and the Cream Caramel in 9l pot, and the Leeroy will pass in 3.5l pot, just for remember, the Leeroy and the Caramel a just here to replace the Sour Tangie male !

The problem of the mark continue, and now i can say that the Sour Tangie is not really resistant with the torture...

Flowering day 1

This time the flowering is launched for the Sour Tangie and for the Leeroy (Cream Caramel will follow soon), then for come back to my little trouble that is Erwinia, i cut again the leaf that was affected and I applied a remedy for Erwinia who is the following one:

10gr of cinnamon + 10 ml of acetone (to mix during few minutes)
Put this mixture in 90ml of water and wait until there is not smell anymore of acetone (about few hours)
To use the mixture 5ml / l water for foliar spray and leak out before otherwise cit will block the spray
No more problem appeared since the treatment. i am very satisfied!! I am always very closely to see so if there is any evolution.

Ok so now i will try to do some better picture ! I don't have use my macro lens yet and all the material that i use, but how you can see the trichome show slowly their shy heads so it's time to do macro photography !

I just want to say that i use photoshop and some program to adjust the light and the color ! You all know that take some picture under hps for have good color is really difficult, that's the reason i shoot on RAW format, i can adjust everything with this format, anyway just for saying that i use these tools only show the real color of the plant ! I don't make the bug bigger or with more trichome ahahahah

Cutting of the Sour Tangie:



All the cut is ok with healthy roots so i'm happy for that. Erwinia don't show the top of his noise so i'm happy too for that, the treatments with the cinnamon was good ! It take between 8 and 14 days to make the roots good, it depend with the plant !

I take the cutting at the flowering day4 and some of the cutting start their flowering, it's the first time that i have something like that, i already take cutting in flowering day 10 without this problem, next time i will be more vigilant !

BIG PROBLEM:

Ok, so two days ago i check my plant and i see the ball with the pistil that come at the beginning of the flowering was very big,i speak about that:




so i decided to open one and two, tree, i check in all bud and i found some fu%"**** seeds.




All can imagine my deception when i found that on regular seeds... So all my plant are pollenated .

So i check my plant during one or more hour and i no found anything, no male flower or something like that. But i can't see all the plant very closely. So i decided to start the rinsing during 15 days and hope during the cut i will find who spit . Because i want to find a real female to do my selection. I'm not really happy with crocket farms for a beginning , i will continue the news tomorrow with more picture and details of the plant !

I decided to get pop some new seeds, 10 sensi skunk of sensi seeds (regular) all ready popped
and 4 seeds that i get in vietnam with a weed full of seeds , it's just for fun !

Hello guys !

Things promises thing owed ! So i will start with the summary and the picture will comme at the end !

But at the beginning il will start with a little bit of music




Summary :

So i start with Erwinia and finish with fu**%&& Hermie. I start to remove the grille, i remove one plant and every budd fall on the ground, so i decided to don't remove every thing for check the plant, but check like this and do my best. I pass more than one hour for check everything and i have found nothing, no flowers male or no banana, they are really good hidden.

I see that they are some seeds everywhere in every plant, so i decided to change my program and it will be like this:

Tomorrow i will start the rinsing during 15 day and i hope that will find who is spit everywhere in my box at the cut for select a real mother plant ! If i found nothing i have two clone of each SourTangie so i will restart a flowering but without grille, and if i found nothing again go trash directly. But i really hope to find this Hermie during the cut !!

You can imagine how i am angry, the weed with too many seeds inside, the time i lose, i think that all the breeders don't make the job really correctly or they have to say that this is a hermie possibility issue in there seeds. It just make me more want to make seeds by myself. But you know, nature, etc , it's the game too.
