Sunlight issues

So i had a scrounge through the cubboard, couldnt find any cinnamon by itself, but i did find some cinnamon sugar..lol.. how would that go?

you shouldn't really need any, I don't use any. As long as there is good air flow, and your soil is well irigated, you won't have fungus problems (soil should be "clean" too).

Also, its forcast for tommorow is cloudy and showers, Should i cover them up ?.. or can they tollerate this?

natural rain would do basically the same thing as a humidity dome (if you use a humidity dome for seedlings in any kind of SOIL, you will have fungus problems), rain raises the humidity, they should be fine, If they are seedlings than I would recommend taking them out of the humidity dome...
