taking a survey

so i read some posts and respond to some and dont waste my time on others. sometimes my opinions just get bashed! for those of you that have disagreed with some of the things i have said, i want to know what your yields look like.

if you grow in soil and use 1000 watt hps you are the ones i want to ask. how many plants per light and what is your yield per light. also how tall when you start flower. how often do you feed? what do you ph your water at?

i am getting ready to do an experiment with different plant counts under one light. i will feed them all the same. typically i have put 12 under one light and fed once a week. ph between 5.75-6.25. i have read people saying they ph at 9. i dont want to get in any arguments but really, 9? as far as ppm what is your reading at your highest week and wich week is that?

I hear you man as I have posted and people most likely 16 years living in Moms house growing in their closet talk shit. I setup a new account every so often so I guess I don't have the history like most, but I don't give a fuck. So here's some answers for you and no I'm over my 20's, have my own car and job, and don't grow weed in my Moms closet with my LED ufo light.

Here's my setup in a brief:

6 - 1k Hps in 14x10 flower room w/ 50 plants 3 gallon pots with Sunshine #4 and use Botanicare nutes (Pro flower, Cal-Mag, Sweet, Hydroplex, Karma) @ 75% of the label directions for 30 days and then full for the last then just plain water for the last week. Tried to Ph/PPM and fuck it was too much time for nothing. My tap water is fine and very low in PPM and I don't believe that tweaking it is going to worth it. There's too many other things to worry about. I do try to fill my bucket a day before so the water can sit to help natural adjust it. I have been getting 3oz per plant, but I want more

so you got 6 under each light? i like sunshine too but switched to arora roots! i use humbolt nuts and grow in 5 gal smart pots. i had as many as 72 under 7 lights. i averaged 1/4 lb per. im going to try and grow half as many and see what happens. oh, i used co2 for that! i do things obviosly alot different then most it seems but i am really happy with my results. i try helping people but i just get slammed everytime i suggest something. it must be punk ass kids growing with tubes! thanks for the comparison!

dont worry bout it Kinex!! their is alot of good people on here and ALOT of people that grow the BEST weed AND get the MOST bud in the SHORTEST amount of time!!! LOL!! to each his own i say!! if you grow it half ass right it'll reward you well and all the nick nack shit just adds a lil here and a lil there!! so tryin to do a lil of everything should always give you nice buds!!

what are you using to control high temps? 6k is a lot of heat in a 10x14 rm...

let me guess A/C or cool lights? and of course good air flow!

No I just pray every night and the temps seem to come down. Seriously people I wonder sometime. Yes I got some much airflow it could rip the skirt right off a hot chick. I have used vented hoods before, but then I went back to the wing style ones. Yes I use A/C too and not some crappy window one either. I also use the outside air as much as possible because it's a lot cheaper then cooling my own. I have been messing around with this for a while now and started to get her really dial in. This summer I'm going to use Co2 and a new Mr. Slim heat pump which is used for cooling and heating that way in the winter it can provide heat and my room will be completely sealed, but I'll always have the exhaust running through the carbon scrubber vented outside for the smell.

It's about 8ish plants per light. What's these smart pots that you are referring too?

Yes I'm getting tried of reading about my Mom this and that. For fuck sakes kids you don't know everything cause you had some CFL bulbs in you closet. I have tons of time in this and I feel like I'm barely scrapping the edge as far as knowledge. Yes I do get great bud and nice weight. but I want to use the same room and get 12#'s Hopefully with the Co2 this summer and some new strains things might change. I have been worried about getting new strains because I don't want to end up with nothing at the end. I really want to order about 3 dif strains and flower them with the other and see what is the best.
