If you were in support of Hamas, or recognizing them as a legitimate entity as Carter is doing, I'd say that you were an anti-semite. After all, Hamas wants to drive the Jews into the sea and elminate Jews from the earth. Or, am I missing something?

No, you're not. However, while a lot of people may believe it is so, Israel is not synonymous with Jewish.
I used to be almost rabidly anti-Israeli. Their government has committed plenty of wrong, atrociously so. Then the Pallies voted in Hammas, whose members would kill their own mothers in the name of Islam. It's all "isms", all the way around.

I hate to Break it to you Vi, but George Walker Bush has surpassed Jimmy Carter as the worse President in US History. Bush is Ultra Arrogant and Ultra incompetent.
Vi also Med isn't completely wrong about Israel, They do just as much bad to the Palestinians as the Palestinians do to the Israelis. It's just that what happens to the Israelis gets more air time on the news..... Check out Link TV or Free Speech TV some time.... They show the News that the Networks don't handle.

Did you know that many of the founding fathers of Israel were terrorists but they transitioned to a political entity, and did not use terrorism as a tactic for change anymore, since now they had somewhat of a an army.....................maybe their is chance that Hamas will follow the same path right Vi!

The difference between jackson and hitler, is that jackson did not change the way the government handled the natives. He followed the lead of the presidents before him. Regrettably, we know feel that that was the worng route, and will demonize him for it, Now.Jackson was a man of his times, and whether we feel with our modern day morals, that he was wrong, it was a different time.
Hitler altered everything and folowed nones example. I have stated before that if you want to make someone look bad, all you have to do is compare them to hitler. How about you give me any statesman, or president, or chancellor, and i can give you plenty of examples for you to hate them with YOUR MODERN DAY MORALITY AND VALUES. How about if you do anything, and i judge them 100 yrs form now agaisnt a backdrop of different values.
