Timer Drift

So the timer I'm currently using came free with my light, and it seems mostly reliable. However, the little clock does seem to gain a couple minutes a day. Not a huge deal but after two and a half weeks its about 45 minutes ahead of the actual time.

Will this slight change in time every day stress out my plant in any way? Basically my plant is on an 11:57/11:57 light cycle.

I'm not too worried about it for this plant, and it's my first grow and I'm really just looking for experience rather than high quality and quantity yield. Is it worth it in the long run though to invest in a better timer?

Only problem I had with timers being off, was when my hydro grow was found cuz of sound issues.
