Discipline. It's easy to lose weight but keeping it off it's a different story. Sweat!!! Look into those plastic suits. If you're exercising and not seeing results means you need to go harder!!! Best of luck!!! HEALTH IS WEALTH

Plastic suits are used to lose extra water weight by athletes that need to make a goal weight for matches for sports like wrestling, boxing, mma, etc. It's useless for healthy, long term weight loss.

If your confidant in your workout routine then odds are you need to reevaluate your diet. Do some thorough research on HFLC Keto and Intermittent Fasting diets. Understand that I'm not saying that you should start either of these diets but that you can learn a while lot from studying them.

Agreed also while u are on ur diet u also have to count ur calories and eat to keep ur self in a calorie deficit.example: say ur target weight is 150 and its1950 calories to maintain weight at 150.ur gonna have to stay in a 500 calorie defecit of ur target weight calorie intake to get to ur target weight goal.just doing this is almost a guarantee for most people netting a pound a week of fat based off of the fact that 3500 calories equalls a pound of fat.if u eat 3500 calories u put a pound of fat on if u burn a 3500 calories u burn a pound of fat.now when u add in exercise depending on ur program u could loose another pound wguch would be 2lbs a week which is a healthy way to loose weight.assuming ur 15%bodyfat or less.if ur bodyfat is 20%-35%body fat u may loose even more probably around 3-6lbs.all of this info is based off personal experience of over 20 years with no supplements or vitamins just healthy eating.no simple carbs in diet only complex carbs with lean protein and lots of nuts green veg and fish.

I was a Former command fitness leader in the military diet is key. Also don't "diet" basically do a full on lifestyle change. As for me I stay under 100 grams of carbs a day and eat lots of lean meat and veggies and stuff. Run at least 25 mins a day or some form of cardio, hit the weights. The more muscle you have the more your body will burn while resting. If you do run look at hiit or high intensity interval running. Those plastic bag suits are only really for cutting water weight if you want to add resistance I run in a 150 lbs weight vest and a training mask. The vest I use you can get from weightvest.com super tough and they go up in weight like up to 175lbs maybe more since I bought my last one.

Sweating doesn't make you burn any extra body fat. Sweating is how your body regulates internal temperature, as the sweat evaporates cooling you down through 'evaporative cooling'. Actually, in theory, being cold would make you burn more calories than being hot and sweating because unlike sweating to cool down, to raise internal body temperature the body must burn fuels such as Carbohydrates or fat. That being said, neither sweating or freezing is going to help you lose weight. Diet and exercise, my friend.

As someone else already pointed out, sweating is often used in the short-term (ie. a day or a couple of days) by pro-athletes to meet weight restrictions, but the only weight being lost is water, which weighs exactly 1.02789 grams per cubic centimeter. You regain that weight as soon as you regain lost moisture.

For me all it took was a healthy diet & weekly HIT/training/biking sessions, i started this back in 2011 at 185lbs and by 2013 my weight was 145lbs.

After doing this i got hungry all the fucking time and couldn't really put on weight like before, Still at 145 to this day lmao..

I don’t care what your science says. More sweat more weight loss!! I’m always 5 pounds lighter in the summer because I sweat more. If you exercise and don’t sweat you’re really not working hard enough.

It's not just their science. It's plane old matter of fact science. Your statement here is essentially saying that you don't actually know what you're talking about and you're not going to listen to anyone who does.

I go off experience not science. By sweating you’re burning calories right? By burning calories you’re burning fat. By burning fat you’re losing weight. But hey what do I know I’ve only been working out my whole life.

Apparently you don't even know anything about high glycemic index foods and their affects on the body (The difference between simple and complex carbs). If you don't even know anything about the most basic fundemental aspects of the topic of this conversation then your only place here is to either ask questions or make a fool of yourself.

Of course you have to eat healthy in order to lose weight. My whole thing is you think sweating has nothing to do with weight loss. If I work out and not sweat then am I really working? Walking or running which one do you think will have a greater impact on weight loss? The one that makes you sweat more!!! Keep reading your books while I’m out there actually doing it.

First of all, I was paid 20$ an hour today for what amounts to about one and a half tons worth of reps. I did it the day before too. I'll be doing it again tomorrow. You best believe I get mine.

As for your explanation, look up this phrase, "correlation is not causation".

Your fancy words might confuse people who are not experienced when it comes to working out. To keep it simple, eat right and get your lazy ass up and into a gym!!!

The botton line is you've made it very clear that you don't actually know what you're talking about so you have no business trying to give advice.

I'll give you a hint, if you can't talk knowedgably about the specifics, which is to say beyond your gym bro one liners, then keep your opinion to your self.
