Watering advice?

Hi guys, im just staring my first organic grow in 15 ltr airpots. Now i have just put 3 root riot organic cubes in these pots, i had filled them the night before with sol and gave them a watering. I have found though when watering it moves all the toplayer of soil around, im worried when i have to water my seedlings in a couple of days or so im gonna destroy them. Are there any tips to stop this happening? I know its a stupid question but ive tried it with the rose on the watering can and the rose off and it happens both ways

i water seedlings with a foliar sprayer, if you can get a watering can that has a little shower like head on it you'll be just fine. are you going to post a journal?

Thanks man, i was thinking maybe a smaller watering can as this one is 6ltrs and the shower head is big also, they make a massive dent in my pots and would wash the seedling away in my opinion. The pots take 7ltrs to get a bit of run off so ill just get a smaller can and take my time. I was considering potting up but as im using airpots i thought id just bang them straight into 15ltrs.

I have got a continuing journal on the go in grow room design and set up but its a massive thread so ill get some pics done tomorrow and do a journal of these girls and more importatnly my first organic grow Im vegging with 140 watt custom made LED veg light and flowering with 280 watt custom made LED light. Im just learning how to LST my ladies and im gonna supercrop all 4 of these to get an even canopy before i move them over to my flower cab Im using Plant Magic Oldtimer Organic Grow and Bloom which are meant to be awsome.
