What does the recommendation look like?

So I recently acquired my doctors recommendation from cannacare in seekonk. Everything went well. Friendly staff very understanding of my weird conditions. My question is everything seems to be legit but my doctors recommendation is on paper yes but I also received a certificate that kind of looks like a diploma with my name written with ink and also the doctors signature and lic. No. It has there name and also there website on the bottom. Just seems kinda weird to me. Is this legitimate or anyone have the same thing?

It looks like a certificate yes.. the top left has a commonwealth of mass circle logo... and at the top it says STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS DIVISION OF LICENSING AND REGULATORY SERVICES. MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA PROGRAM... it also has a stamp on the top right that is like set into the paper. It's an official document with watermarks and everything.

If it doesn't look like that I'm not sure what you got then.

Cannamed are notory certified and a card also issued. Over a year growing "with" it so I hope so. If not I got a defense. Before not so much. I say we plant as many plants as we can in our front yards. That can't stop us all. Lol! Pick your own meds. LIKE IT SHOULD BE! Mother natures not wrong she's pissed!

Those are the two documents along with another signed form from my doctor that I got when I went. The ID came in the mail 14 days after my appointment. The ID isn't a state ID it just is suppose to inform law enforcement that you are a patient until the state gets a card
