What's your opinion/experience exercising and is strain /trics dependent?

Some strains give me a real energy buzz . Food tastes great and for some reason cardio seems a like a great idea lol .

I don't smoke before working out or else I can't go all out.

I have been into fitness over 25 years and have many detailed logs. I was never able to keep up stamina or move the amount of weights I could when I got high before the gym. Much weaker and fatigued a lot faster.

I love pot, its my passion just like the gym, but the two don't go good together. Now afterwards, is the best time. Relax the muscles and take away the soreness.

human brains are different, as is tolerance, as are strains, as are exercises... there are situations where early-cut high sativa dom non-CBN material can help improve perfomance I experienced that myself. there's a reason why it's listed & shuned out of prof. sports

I don’t smoke as much as I did when I was younger, but back in my 20’s I found weed enhanced some exercise activities and totally derailed others. This was regardless of strain.
Playing hockey or basketball and running while stoned worked out great for me, it’s definitely enhanced those activities. I would have to smoke and go play right away though, otherwise I tended to get demotivated and become one with the couch.
Hitting the weight room stoned was terrible - low energy plus I’d get really paranoid and speedy feeling.
Food always tastes great for me when I smoke weed, but I tend to overindulge.

I envy that. I always see peeps running no matter what rain sleet snow. That's dedication I can never get myself to to do it.
Same, I hated running. I hate cardio in general. Havent done it in about 4 years. Strict weight training and diet for me.

I do my best to balance both. My desire is for strength and stamina while hunting. I do however smoke when I train, but blunts are for after the hunts.

Ok I don't run when it's raining and all that shit that's what treadmills were made for. If it's nice out. I'll strap my weight vest on and hit the road. It's nice I live out in the country and see a lake waiting for all those catfish to jump my boat or cows and I imagine which one I'll be eating when I buy my next half or whole cow friend to put in my freezer. Then my music gets dark and my breathing is labored a bit and I start reflecting on my terrible life choices that bought me to this point. Then it's all down hill from there and before I know it 5 miles logged and I think to myself.....damn I need to mow my grass. Either way fasted cardio and lifting the heavies are my favorite thing to do.
Find that groove and always push yourself to be better then the last!

I'm in between injuries but an avid lifter. How do you like the sarms I believe that's what yk11 is might be reading that wrong it's early. Ran a bunch of them. But I've tried a few things if ur older just go trt. Way better for you in the long run

an interesting thing about getting into running is running across a snow covered flat field is more comfortable than laying on the couch. if i chose to walk the concrete path around the field instead it would take all my energy and maybe injure me, but i literally lay down and float across the field instead by running across it

fyi, i only started running two years ago at almost 44, and never ran on anything other than grass and snow at the environmental reserve by columbia lake. at the beginning of the winter i just started and could only run a few hundred meters at a time, and by then end of the winter i was running 8k every day in the snow

i never once exercised without smoking first. and the few times i tried vaping instead, would completely be zapped of all energy half-way through. of course smoking after the exercise shower and meal is a must also

nice to know they only recently found out the exercise/runners high does not involve endorphins but rather the endocannabinoid system

edit: running in snow has limits ie recently where the snow is just too deep and firm. cuts the run time down to barely a quarter, but is one heck of a workout

in summer there is a plain of 6 foot tall grass as big as two football feilds that i try to run across which is awesome. if the grass is standing upright i could make it across, but soon it becomes toppled and tangled in spots and that makes crossing in one go impossible

The yk11, s23 and two compounds in the shred (s4 and mk 2866) are all sarms. As far as how I like them the strength gains are real the endurance is out of control. the only side effects has been pimples. I still have a bunch of pre-ban prohormones too (ibe, cutting edge labs, aps when they were the shit) I’ve ran Anavar, and few mild anabolics and the sarms are not to be underestimated. I’m only 39 and after each run I do a good pct clomid and a good otc test booster. I get bloodwork before and after and even at my age my test levels are in the high 700’s.

Trail running is fun, pavement is good and treadmills have their place. outside is always done with a weight vest https://www.weightvest.com/product/100-lb-v-max-short-weight-vest/
This is the one I use. I'm able to keep a to keep an 8 min mile with this thing on. I can go faster but only when I’m really wanting to get shit done Fast. All I can say is fuck snow I lived in Michigan for 8 years in the snow belt and that shit is something I had to nope out on. Lake effect snow even worse. Michigan esp northern Michigan where I lived was beautiful no doubt. I went on torch lake often.
