White stuff on pot

This plant is in a fabric pot and outdoors .. does anybody know what this is … and if it is harmful to my plant

Yeah. They are mushrooms. Looks like maybe a turkey tail mushroom or a false turkey tail.

It's an indication that things are VERY wet....which can be harmful to the roots. The mushrooms won't hurt anything, but the overly-wet conditions might cause root rot. You should elevate the fabric pots so that they don't make direct contact with the ground and air can freely circulate around the bottoms. Allow the pots to dry out more between waterings.

Cannabis plant that is now in flower is inside the pot.

My question is about the medium not the plant; something is clearly decomposing inside the pot; not ideal.

Should be helpful, as long as the stuff doesn't stifle your roots. The mycelium will help distribute nutes.

It’s soil. Some I took from the ground and mixed with fox farm I don’t know if the fox farm could have possibly went bad. The plant itself looks fine to me. It’s just the fabric pot I’m worried about

It's probably from spores that have made it to the moist fabric and stuck there. The moist wood chips and leaves on the ground are prime real estate for mushrooms. I'd just make sure that water is draining well and that the pots are off the ground. If the plant(s) is/are growing well, then if it ain't broke, don't fix it (as they say).
