Why do people use Autoflowers after their 1st grow?

Can someone explain to me NICELY , :mrgreen:

why people beyond their 1st grow, which I'm assuming was package of Autoflowers, ever buy them again?

As anyone reading this knows, any worthwhile results, take some effort.

You can't change a timer from 18 to 12?

My opinion? Because as a new grower, the idea of harvesting a fully mature plant in 90 days from seed is super intriguing. They "seem" easier at a glance too.

You ever put food in a microwave, set the timer, press start, and come back to a piping hot meal ready to eat? ...same deal.
I want autos for first half of year outdoors cuz i dont wanna do light dep.

But why grow it if it aint no good..I dont like them for Outdoors..Have not seen any that where..Does not fill out...

Have you ever grown autos to say theyre "no good"? Just curious. I dig em. I don't prefer them, but I wouldn't say they're bad in any way.

They might be for indoors.. Just not good Outdoors...How come i cant get the indoor folks to tell how much time you have in a grow?I here eveyone tell price pr. O.Z But time is a factor no one talks about...TIME Mine is pricey Thanks Ya'll

There could be a couple of reasons someone wants to grow autoflowers.

Perpetual grows in a single space.
No worry about light leaks.
Some have shorter cycles, allowing an outdoor to complete before regional weather destroys their work.

You asked for nice answers but threw in a snarky comment about changing a timer. :rolleyes:

Doesn’t matter cause with autos you can run lights 24 hours and throw a new auto in every 3 weeks.

I like autos for the fact that i can start 1 every 4-6 weeks in the same tent and not worry about it. Ever. And in the winter i can run 24/7 to help manage my temps.

I grow'm cause I like'm. After 15+ years growing autos perpetually, I still like'm. They don't give a shit if they get 18, 24 or 12...they still do their appointed task.

What are you even asking? Are you asking how long an autoflower takes to finish? Why would it matter?

could potentially be anywhere from 13-16 weeks, seed to chop. Yeah it may not be a photoperiod harvest, but i will admit i chopped a plant probably 3 weeks early and it still gave me 6 ounces off a 22 inch tall auto. IF i had let it go to full ripeness, prolly half pound auto.
