would this be suitable for flowering?

hey guys/gals wanted to see if this light will be good enough for flowering...its a Commercial T5 4FT 4 Tube Fixture

so what do all of you think??? by the way only would be flowering 1 plant
 
It is doable, you will want to change out the bulbs for 2700k for flowering. I use T-5 for cloning and use 6500k High Output bulbs.
