I was just looking at your grow journal. Where are you located? Like what kind of climate? I'm outside of Boston and could not put stuff out as early as you do. I just put my three autoflowers outside yesterday!

Well this year I got a late start so I'm just doing autoflowers. For tomatoes around here, they say you should plant them around memorial day - which is end of May. We have had some freezing nights in May.

I did put out the Frisian Dew too early. I had it out at the end of April:

Frisian dew that was put outside as early as possible. It should allegedly be able to tolerate the current temperatures (Close to freezing at night) so I hope it's just stunted and unhappy temporarily. I have a few backup plants growing indoors that will replace this one if it doesn't recover...

Going forward I will probably be planting indoors in May and moving outdoors in late May. I didn't gain anything by putting them outside in late April or early May. Temps too low, the sun too weak.

I keep mine inside until it gets too smelly - which is a little smelly. Then I put them out. I only got started with the autoflowers in late May so they just went outside a couple of days ago.

Hi! First of all I want to thank you for the Koolatrol post and wealth of information you have provided. I've been trying to go through the 45 pages of posts. I am getting my Kiolatron today and have already broken apart a dehumidifier I had on hand that looks exactly like yours on the outside. Good God how long does grass seed take... I'm going on like 12 days and don't see much happening. Real grass seed lol

Did you use starter fertilizer? Growing grass is a pia. You should be on track to start to see a shimmer of green any day now if the seed didn't get too dry/wet.

I used Scott's weed/feed and I think reapplication time is 6-8 weeks. Hopefully the weed killer part of the fert didn't inhibit seed germination. I wouldn't give up in it yet, but if you have to reseed, look into starter fertilizer. A little goes a long ways and you lay it on top of your grass seed before watering in. Gl

Anyone ever used diapers to soak up the runoff in the grow tent? I’ve come to find it works wonders lol. Ran out of ideas and I was changing my son’s diaper. I was amazed at how big it was and how much liquid was in it and I thought I wonder if it would be good for soaking up water so I tried it and it works great lol.
