get a job and get a bit more money you will need to spend a bit of $ on lights cfls even if you do get cfls there is the money you have to spend on rigging. and then you have to worry about light reflecting and well yeah you will need more than 50 to get anything started the pots and the seeds ( which i am guessing is bagseeds) were the cheap parts.

what about nuets and propper soil, timers, exhaust, a carbon filter? if you make bud you will need a filter for the smell..

well nobody can tell you the best system. i think you will always have someone that will say one will not work as good as another. but there are all kinds of different grows of all types some good in all and some bad in all.

Cfls are really cool and you can get a good yield out of them it isn't really the size of the light when it comes to cfls when you are vegging you need at least 100w lights and you need to make sure they are in the right spectrum. Throw a few extra of the warm spectrum while you veg it will help reduce streatch when they are vegging

You will need ventalation cfls are very cool to some extent if you have one on for about an hour and it touches sensative skin some get a bit hot not hot enough to burn you just hot enough to make you go damn

Which brings me to the next point you have to find a wey to keep them close to your plant about 2" but you will have to make sure that you can move them and check on them maybe a couple times of day especially right in the morning at least your plants morning or else you will burn them... the plant grows its last streach in the ight and it is a big one sometimes they grow quick in the right conditions.

i know you dont care but you have to make sure that you can do wheat you want to do before you do it take a look in the Marijuana Growing - FAQ it helps so much in all kinds of ways i didnt mean to be harsh before i just didn't know you didn't care at all.
you have to hope your plant is fem too

im a noob myself. i only spend about 50 bucks. i bought those mylar emergency blankets, covered the walls of a decent size cardboard box, and bought 3 10 dollar cfl bulbs. check wal-mart, they have 2700 lumen bulbs, 3 get alot of coverage in a box about the size of a minifridge. i have 2 plants growin, and they grow fine. i use miracle grow moisture control, i know it sucks, everyone has told me a million times, but i dont have to worry about feeding the plants anything but water. good luck

since you are cheaping out, buy what ever CFL's you can afford... bigger the better... but dont kid yourself, to get any kind of yield it is going to take a couple few hundred real watts of light.

did you finally germ that seed then or you still waiting for lights?
if you got two rooms up and runnin you betta pray that plant lives lol you need mores seeds i think. one's ok it could turn out to be pukka but you could fail also 50/50 1 seed
