Hey guys & gals,

Just a quick question I would like an answer to because there are so many different things I have seen on the net but I don't wanna start messing about with my girl and causing problems that are not needed.

Just a couple of pics to show what I am talking about she is only on her 5th day of growing so it can't be nute deficiency and I have watered her with about 300ml when she was planted and use my mist bottle about 3-4 times a day just every 3-4 hours or so just until the top layer of soil is dark with a little moisture

Thanks :peace:

Personally I don't know what question was asked... but to be honest I don't see a thing wrong with your plant, on more tip to ensure healthy root development you might ease off the water for a day or two just to encourage root's to "search" for water.

P.s. its really easy to overwater a tiny plant in a large container, there's just so much soil that you want moist at the expense of very little root structure to absorb said moisture. all I'm saying is be careful with the plant that size I wouldn't water it again for a week or so till I knew that the soil was almost completely dry.

just my 2 cents
good luck and happy growing

Look... I see a fine little with minimum stretch 5 day old plant...
There is nothing you did wrong, or else it would be dead...
Seriously, if you had screwed up, then it would be dead...
So opposite of dead, is great... your plant is doing great!

Thanks so much for the replies again as I said I wasn't too sure and that has put my mind at ease. When you see different answers etc it puts doubt in your mind! Very pleased so far with her I'll cut back the misting to about twice a day and most likely water on Sunday

its always easier to put more water in the soil than it is to take water out of soil... just remember let the plant tell you when it needs water

What would you suggest the best tell tale sign would be?, what should I look out for?

I know I don't want to see any curled leaves or drooping but is there anything else?

A pot is heavier when watered. When needs water it will be lighter. Lift it when needs water and feel how heavy then water and feel how heavy then u will know when it's light give water.

I've been keeping track....this will be the 1,345,336 thread where a new grower ask how their 5 day old seedling is looking. I'm not bustin' anyone's balls here....it's just funny how often this is asked.

Growing fine, when soil drys out give 1 TBS of water a day around the stem until you have 3 nodes then up give it 3 TBS when dry after 5nodes then at 7nodes start feeding.

two more weeks, then harvest.
Yeah I would have to agree. It's going to get out of control if left longer then two weeks.

On a serious note......

You never asked a question in the original post.. No question marks at all.. How can we give a straight answer?
