Are the Green Gators comparable to the Phresh line? Wonder how heavy the Gators are. Hyroot should get one for Psu's snatch.

Hey Red, i asked Green Gator Filters if the filters are comparable and i got this reply

"Actually I truly believe gators are far better. Phresh - Can and all the others are virtually the same, a cylindrical cage filled with various types of carbon. That said, we evaluated the specifics of the grow environment and developed a carbon blend that simply works better. Add to that our proprietary technology allowing for the removal of the cage - that equals far better air flow and contact time. Simply put we have a higher efficiency for removal as well as air flow. Besides the performance benefits, we engineered a number of addnl benefits into our units, they are scalable, simple to hang and service, dust free and offer 3 stages of filtration - particulate (white wrap) anti microbial (green layer) and then the carbon."

With an explanation like this i believe it would be like comparing Cheap Chinese Led Panels vs Indagro Lights/Area-51 Lights. There is the best and then there is the rest. Cant go wrong with Green Gator Filters.

I have these 2 which will stay in the peat pod for now. I will rearrange them so they can't root in the bigger cup, or put them in 12oz cups for now if it's OK to transplant from 12 to 16 oz haha. The other two are floor seed

Okay here is my first update! To start I am going to tell you about my new setup just for this competition.

Lights: 4 Cree CXA3050 led's
Nutrients: Veg + Bloom
Medium: Hempy Solo Cups

I will be running my lights at 11:30 on 12:30 off because of stuff!

Green gator filters, man I wish the sale went on till tuesday when I get paid, I would surely buy 1 if not maybe even 2 filter's. I wrote the company asking for an extension of their sale, don't know if it will help but I also mentioned RIU in my e-mail and stated I was in the 4th party cup comp. Hopefully somebody at green gator filters feels sorry for my broke ass and can still get me that 50% off for another day or 2 so I can get one of these awesome filters. Otherwise I'll just have to try and place 2nd or 3rd to get either that indagro ight or the green gator filter. Hell I might even Place 2nd and 3rd just to get both prizes!!! LOL watch out I'm coming for that 2nd or 3rd spot! And if I win 1st I'll probably just demote myself to 2nd or 3rd...

On a side note: redcarpet already bought his GG filter cause he know's he's placing higher than 3rd I guess, wish I could be that confident in myself!

They can't be older than 3 days because that's when I put them in the pods in the first place I don't know the exact day that all 3 popped open cause I work irregular hours and don't get a good sleep schedule. The only reason I did 3 was cause they are regular seeds I bred last year and I don't want to grow a male for this

My shite freebie future herm will be sprouting tomorrow or day after. Can I use my Area 51 in veg mode than switch to flower mode? I don't want to use my CMH and crush everyone...Hyrootrot has good a chance as Psunami son.
