Yea, this could be a game changer, almost all of my panels have some form of a switch, (whether it be draw or spectrum) and with the thick '51 community..

Personally Id enjoy being able to run NW up till budding. but I need to know what rubs people the wrong way- is the change in draw, or the spectral shift.

You are not swapping parts, in practice, but similar effects..

You continue to use one source, but there is a shift in intensity, w/out adjusting your height..

You can get all the effects, with one source.

Plain and simple... yah shoulda bought a panel with a switch RED!

Its either the SGS, or NW panelS, closer to that cmh spectrum

I know, I was siting you just as another user that would be in the same boat, I had posted something earlier asking the same thing, I have time to decide what to move around, but I want to clear the air early on. I love my sgs, easily the quietest thing, ever, right? Bout as loud as dawgy dawg's bark! hahah.... im gonna get hosed in this anyways, might as well have fun while I can.

Hyhater I'm doing okay with my first 12/12 from start, learning new bulb, switching to vert, new organic coco mix, and freezing weather. I'll prob get a bit more next go. You know how just one change can be.

The rules are all pretty simple. Same light source from start to finish. If you run a hans/a-51 your in luck because it's still the same light. Remember if you use your light well and your a good grower you too can get great results. Look at the last comp, I was using a crappy $50 50w Chinese ufo and still had a good result.

I thought I would start getting things squared away, one big question came to mind- Can I use the '51 SGS over my partycup, w/ the swtich between AW and WR. Single light source, just a switch option. eh, ehhhh? There's plenty of arguments in both directions but no questions I will respect your wishes Master Jimbob.

yea yea yea 9 zips on one plant with the first run of the new bulb nothing that special i know butttt....learned it hahaha...but pay attention to my current thread my first fulllll run with 14 in 7 gal pureeee coco, its ok reddd the student can learn from the teacher
