You can germ in anything you want just as long as it is in a party cup by the first update.

oh okay that helps me i like Root Riot cubes. 2 weeks till i start. then Ill have my flower room up and running. i was gonna split my room in half with zipper. decided to just move veg out since light wont bother them as much but flower room has to be sealed with no light leaks.

hey cover those clear pots/soda bottles with something to kill the light. your plants will thank you. you can use duck tape. paint them with any kind of house paint. if you use spray paint be careful not to paint the plants.

yeah depends if it pops when lights come on or in the dark, some will be lucky.

Ok, here's my first weekend update, after the initial germ photo. They initially stretched quite a bit looking for the light, but haven't kept on being leggy since the initial burst. I had to use crutches to support them for the first few days until they got a bit more strength in the stalks.

I've withdrew one of my contestants already. #5, the accidental offspring of a mom x dad AL, didn't make it. Its cotyledon popped out, and that was about it. So, we're down to 4 pretty healthy contestants.
