So far...so bad

Well so far the reviews from patients forced to use LP's is not all that rosey. Nothing but crap. Given that our court date is 9 months away, that is really going to give the LPs that are already in the game only a few grows ( if they can do that without a bust or a recall) to get their shit together. It certainly won't look very good for the gov if we get to court and there aren't that many happy patients to help them out. It will be interesting to see who and how many is/are still standing come February 2015.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Tilray starts shipping product.
Tweed was a big player that clearly isn't doing well.
Tilray is the other big player I'm curious about.

Peace Naturals and Mettrum (sp?) seem to be getting mixed reviews but certainly not all bad reviews so far.
There's some promise, but I see more promise in the unapproved companies than anything else.

I am actually looking forward to hearing that patients are getting what they need. I sort of hope it's a small producer that rules the day.

Hang tight guys, there's a big wave of smaller-scale LPs that are fighting their asses off to get to the finish line so they can address the massive short-comings of the mega-LPs in these early days. I know this whole situation is far from ideal for a lot of patients, at least in the short term, but I know first-hand that there are some great people in this game who legitimately care about patient's needs and who will do their best to serve patients to the best of their abilities in the framework provided. I know it's easy to make generalizations and lump all the LP's together, but there really are plenty of people that care and want to do things the right way....it's just gonna take them a bit longer to jump through all the HC hoops.

I feel awful for all of those getting jerked around by these guys and hope you all find yourselves a reliable source of quality medication as soon as possible.

I also know a number of small companies trying to do it properly, but they're being screwed around so much by HC right now.
This QA thing is the latest one that will probably screw a few of them out of their opportunity.

It's a mess and I'm starting to think they're delaying things on purpose for some wannabes.
There's a clear lack of QA when looking at things like: http://www.thewhistlernews.com/2014/04/04/rmow-shows-legal-marihuana-grow-op-location/

There's no doubt that it is MUCH harder for the small-scale LP's to make it to the finish line. I have been in contact with all sorts of people and you wouldn't believe all the ways HC has screwed with small-scale applicants. It's a sad state of affairs when the system is stacked against the people that will be able to come the closest to providing the patients with what they really want and need.

The way I see it, Health Canada doesn't care at all about the patients. They've never really said, "Oh yes, we agree with Marijuana and want to make it available". From my limited understanding of the situation, they were told that they must make it available, and they screwed that up the first time so this is their way of getting the problem off their plate. I imagine Tweed was their favourite child when they promised to produce massive quantities into the market.

I think PPS aka Cannimed has always been and will continue to be their favourite child.
They are in the blue club.
They put out a product that has very little possibility of being diverted to the black market. The black market wouldn't want it!

PRARIE PLANT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS SPACE BOMB FROM TWEED. TWEED WINS THE WORST WEED OF ALL TIME AWARD.

I have to agree about the Space Bomb. The other ones don't look (and according to the reviews) perform THAT badly.
This garbage though.. wow.

Wow that shit looks like shit ! I can't believe they sent that out.

Talk about swag. That should have been free. Well I think it would have to get better cause I'm not sure if they could produce worse.

Tweed Can't grow weed....kinda rhymes.

Ask for a refund

You are working for tweed if you have anything postive to say after that purple comeback.

And with the summer bugs and heat it will get worse for TWEED. They couldn`t even get the cooling right on URBAN GROWER. That wasn`t summer yet. Enjoy IRRADIATED MITE POO

I certainly don't work for Tweed and I acknowledged that the product looks terrible.
BUT, coming from the only one of us that has smoked it, it ended up not being THAT bad for the 2 he tried.
That's not saying anything good about the product, just that it wasn't bad enough to kill him... yet.

You say that PPS was much better....what do you base this on?
You do know that their stuff is irradiated and milled?...I've never heard anyone say the PPS's milled stuff was better than anything.
So, just curious as to why you'd say that.
p.s. In no fkg way am I defending that Tweed crap!
