wealthy spend a much smaller percentage of their incomes. so their tax break gets saved, not spent, doing nothing to stimulate the economy or create jobs.

A business owner sees a market and caters to the market in order to extract their funds with absolute efficiency.

People with money to spend don't make jobs, people with business acumen and a desire for increasing their own wealth using their own/"credit" capital at a risk to themselves do.

if walmart is extracting funds with "absolute efficiency", then why did they set up 800 feet away from the place where they could have paid $1.70 less per hour to the majority of their hundreds of employees who work thousands of hours each week?
