Dont you have a cat-dog that can catch them or something... ? ;)
the cat goes after crickets and what not. But I don't have any pests outside here. He would even take down birds at the old spot. Lizards too
.

http://blog.norml.org/2014/06/19/us-senate-to-vote-imminently-on-budget-amendment-to-defund-medical-marijuana-raids/

Senate members are expected to vote imminently in regard to language that seeks to bar the US Justice Department from interfering in activities that are compliant with state medical cannabis laws.
Senators Rand Paul (R-KY) and Cory Booker (D-NJ) will introduce the bipartisan amendment, which will be similar to language approved by the US House of Representatives earlier this month. As with other legislation, the amendment must be approved by majorities in both legislative chambers before it is sent to the President for approval.
This will be the first time in recent memory that US Senators have ever decided on provisions specific to liberalizing America’s marijuana policies.
It is time that we allowed our unique federalist system to work the way it was intended. Patients and providers should be permitted to engage in state-sanctioned, medical cannabis-related activities free from the threat of federal interference or federal prosecution.
Please write or call your members of Senate today and tell them to stop using taxpayer dollars to target and prosecute state-authorized medical marijuana patients and providers.

Got my test results for the TGA finally and I had my Critical Kush done too. Pennywise and Quantum 1 were disappointing.

at least quantum 2 and critical have a good amount of thc. Quantum not hitting that 30% like tga says it is. What phenos were there? I have one indica pheno and one sativa pheno. My sativa pheno looks exactly like the pics on the tga site.

With pennywise I have heard about a lot of disappointing tests. Most having veryl little cbd if any. That's why I haven't bothered with pennywise. I have cannatonic in veg. Those new seeds to test. From cbd strains Ive done before. I noticed the ones with a good amount of cbd had very little trichome development. I don't know if thats the same with all high cbd strains. It was just an observation. I haven't flowered cannatonic yet.

Starting to get interested in CBD rich plants.

Any strains that are consistent in high levels?

Seems the breeders are having a hard time nailing it down..

What are the benefits normally? I've heard of cancer treatment and seizure control..

Sorry for all the questions..I need to go and read up on the subject

Edit...read a little. Lots of benefits! Cannatonic looks like a good start

Congrats on the testers Hy

I have to put you off on clones. I have been overwhelmed with to much work and prep for vacation to get any of my "other" stuff done. Can we aim for a meetup in mid august to trade? I get back at the end of July and can have things all ready for you in august.

that's cool. I'm glad you haven't taken clones. Once everything dried and cured a bit. I changed my mind about what I like. Id rather have Mk ultra and deep psychosis. Those came out very tastey and stony.. I do like blue dream. I'm not sure if I want a blue dream.. I have so many strains now. I added cannatonic, white fire og, xxx og and l.a. con since the BBQ. They are all cup winners too. You already know the con... I'm probably going to get a cut of brianberry cough eventually once mo gets them going ..

we can meet up when ever. I'm an hour away so....

I got two different sativa phenos of Quantum, QK1 was taller and the leaves turned purple late in flower,QK2 leaves stayed green. They had a different bud structure too so they are easy to tell apart. The QK2 was much more flavorful and definitely some powerful smoke,it was a small tester plant and I'm not sure how well it yields yet.

The Pennywise was a complete failure,4 males and 1 female with no CBD. I know someone that has a PW that tested like 8 and 8 and he offered me a clone so I might take him up on that for my friend to try.

with 12/12 - 13/11 - 12/12 I'm seeing what spliff was saying in his very long rant.. Everything seems to be taking much longer than anticipated. One quantum, one plushberry and one mojos og (Jesus og) looks like they will be going 10 weeks. Scotts og pheno 11 weeks. Jilly 11-12 weeks Everything else roughly about 65 days. Most are supposed to be 8-9 weeks and the plushberry 65 days. Buds are getting big though. Next run will either be straight 12/12 or 13/11. I haven't decided yet.

video update coming tonight. Flyhi I will do the descriptions in the video.

District of DeBonis
Did Rep. Andy Harris inadvertently legalize marijuana possession in D.C.?

By Mike DeBonis June 25 at 5:12 PM

Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.). (Cliff Owen/AP)
Shortly after noon Wednesday, the Republicans of the House Appropriations Committee (plus one Democrat) voted to block the District’s recently passed marijuana decriminalization law. Leading the charge was Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.), who said the measure was “bad policy” that would harm children.

But District lawyers are now exploring whether he might have actually moved to, in effect, legalize marijuana possession instead.

Two persons familiar with the matter but not authorized to speak to the media said the D.C. attorney general’s office is examining the potential effect of the Harris amendment, which is now part of a spending bill headed to the House floor but will not become law until the Senate approves a companion bill and compromise legislation passes both houses.

Even if the amendment survives a Senate conference, the decriminalization law converting marijuana possession from a misdemeanor into a $25 civil citation is likely to pass a congressional review period and take effect beforehand, sometime in mid to late July.

If the amendment — which bars the city from spending any funds to “enact or carry out any law, rule, or regulation to legalize or otherwise reduce penalties associated with the possession, use, or distribution [of marijuana and other drugs] for recreational use” — then takes effect after the decriminalization statute is officially on the books, the city would be in the odd position of having a decriminalization law that it could not enforce.

Pedro Ribeiro, a spokesman for Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D), acknowledged the matter is under legal review but declined to address the de facto legalization scenario. “This potential unintended consequence only underscores why Congress should not meddle in local D.C. laws,” he said.

But the officials familiar with the matter said the amendment could prevent the police department from printing citations, prevent cops from writing and processing them, and prevent the city government from adjudicating them. The upshot is that there might be no penalty for minor marijuana possession, they said.

The federal law against marijuana possession would still be applicable, but a mayor and/or police chief could order the police department to make small-time drug collars a low, if not the lowest, law-enforcement priority — which has happened in several major jurisdictions. Ribeiro would not address how Gray would react in those circumstances.

A spokeswoman for Harris did not return an e-mail seeking comment on the scenario.

its just funny ironic since he is one of the ones leading the charge against legalization.

I'm making a new video tonight. I went out of town and got back super late. I'm just about done with all other garden work. The other video seems kind of pointless. Especially since I never got around to editing.
