You will know if its broad mites soon...no frost will be on the buds or the leaf surrounding the buds...the pistils just die n recede after turning brown.

I hope its not that...can u soak the plants in a garbage can with dish soap?
Can you elaborate a little on that process?

Well, just reading about broad mites....it's a true malady and serious! Avid is what is suggested. Can that be sprayed on flowers?

Mine is just starting the curling of the leaves coming out of the flowers. Damn, another garden beastie to worry about.

AVID anyone?

Broad mites are much harder to eradicate than spider mites....but it can't hurt to try to give em a soapy bath n long soak ...this late in the game not much u can do...elaborate on what process? Filling up a garbage can or large container with soapy water?

I place bamboo sticks across top n hold the plant up side down with the pot n let plant soak for 20 minutes

Local Florida grower: "Broad mites are not anywhere east of Colorado". But here's the shit, a friend (grower) flew in from California 2 days ago and was in my room. Is it possible she brought them? Is that really possible? Damn!

Really? That won't effect the flowers? 20 minutes?

I wasn't aware that broad mites went after pistils first, good to know. Forbid can also be used to treat them and is safe to use during flowering.

Anyone hear of using aspirin for mites? Not to eradicate them but to boost the plants immune system while fighting the fukkers

Thread: Today i was going to follow up with 2 325 MG aspirin / 5 gallons of water. and do a foliar before the lights are off

Broad mites will often go for the pistils on a cannabis flower. They often don't show them selves until then. If you get water or nutrient solution on the flower it can cause a similar reaction to what you have. Good luck

It is hard to speak about what a Florida gardener knows about the distribution of insects but it is confirmed by many sources that broad mites are in California and have been for several years.

Same strains, nutes, water, air flow. lighting........................One looks amazing - the other looks terrible, losing all the white hairs over night and looks like the flower is dying - after 1 overnight period of 12/12. Fed/water them 2 days ago and just started Kool Bloom on the last feeding, supplimenting the Adv Nutes Sensi Bloom & Big Bud

These are 26 days into 12/12. Any ideas out there? Anyone have this happen to them or seen it before?
I'm afraid it looks like one of your plants hermied and pollinated your flowers
