I've got Goji OG, GDP, Green Crack, and Trainwreck running for my first round, and probably some Bluemoonshine, Blackberry Kush, Colt 45, and a different Goji OG for the second round.

How about you guys?

Not trying sound scetch but iv been looking to link up with other legit growers in ABQ trade secrets.. maybe after Susanna M is out of office start a Dispensary need 4 card holders minamum...

Right now I'm running San Fernando Valley OG And glass slipper. Need new strains asap as only one of my last beans popped and that is strawberry cough

hey how did those clones turn out? The only one of those I have tried from Minerva was mango kush it was ok not the greatest, have you tried the kryptonite there? That was my all-time favorite dispensary bud in Abq the taste was soooo good and the high was excellent I always thought it was way under rated at 18% thc there's no way something that frosty and stoney is only 18, I was gonna get clones of that I think awhile back but I moved to Deming and never got any.
 
Right now I got 2 cali headband seeds I just started 3 days ago, these seeds came out of buds from cg Corrigan in placitas, this is the only strain from any dispensary I have found seeds in. Pretty much every time I got 3 grams or more of it I was always bound to find 1-3 seeds in it, and it was great weed real dense and had a diesel smell and taste. So over many trips I accumulated about 7 seeds. I grew 5 of them at the beginning of this year but ended up having to cut them all down at about a foot tall because I unexpectedly had to move :( but now.I'm finally situated and have started trying to grow them f****** again so wish me luck!

Well as far as I understand it when you find seeds in stuff that you have purchased/obtained they are there because the plant either, hermied or was pollinated by another hermied plant. It is unlikely that the plant was intentionally pollinated by the grower, which would be fine. Hermied seeds are more likely to produce plants that also hermie. Get good beans from reputibale source or clones. I have obtained seeds from a local dispensary, I learned after the fact that they came from plants that had hermied in their room. I was highly disappointed to grow them out and stay away from bag seeds. People think they are lucky to find a seed in a bag, it makes me cringe.
 
Oh, back to the original topic of the post, I'm running green crack this time around. Thought I would try and get to know the strain as it is surprisingly easy to clone and takes transplanting from the cloner into dirt or hydro without missing a beat :) Trying outdoor and indoor to see how it goes.

Ya man I totally get what your saying I thought about that a lot before I even tried to grow the original 5 seeds, I figured they probably weren't like super hermie because I only found 7 seeds in like at least a couple ounces of that stuff and also I figured they would be all fem since they were selfed, I have grown plants in the past that hermied about halfway through flowering and I would go in there everyday and literally inspect every inch of the plant and pluck sacs accordingly. There was almost no seeds in a room full of nothing but hermies 10 to be exact as that has only happened to me once thank God, maybe like 10-20 seeds total from a pound, its possible just not fun having to spend like a whole hour inspecting just for pollen sacs everyday
 
And normally I would never try and grow any inferior seed but the weed this came from is like my ideal stash it is small hard nuggets of diesel funk and when I had the 5 one foot tall plants they stunk like chronic like crazy I've never smelled such an awesome smell from veg plants I was excited to see how they turned out

I feel the same way about seeds found in purchased nugs. I personally have run a few seeds found in bags and almost every time they hermie. That said some of the legendary strains have come from bag seeds i.e. Jack Herer.
 
Welcome back guys! It's good to finally have a discussion going on in the NM forum! I've found seeds in bags from every dispensary I've gone to. The only ones I kept were some Acapulco gold that was fantastic, Mazar not so good, sweet jimmy terrible. And some black magic woman! That I am very excited about lol
 
Just gotta watch your shit like a hawk for hermi tendencies! Those end of life traits are the worst! I had 1 Acapulco, 2 Mazar, and 1 sweet jimmy hermi completely by weeks 4 or 5. Out of nine seeds that popped. You must realize that every seed coming from dispensary bud is the result of some dumb attempt at breeding, or a strain got stressed and hermied.
