steroids are bad for you
True. I've just taken my dog off steroids for his skin. I'm changing his diet due to allergies.

They should be a last resort. There's an excellent hand cream called Neutrogena which is formulated for Norwegian fishermen. Shea butter and cocoa butter are excellent too. Please try these first.

It's not good to use steroids for prolonged periods of time.

My feet look so much better than my hands due to Eumovate (type of cortisone) which unfortunately thinned the skin. My hands now can literally get a cat scratch and it will open up!! A simple cut that would heal elsewhere in a couple of days can take three times as long on my hands.

Only use cortisone/ steroid products if you really need it. I've got eczema and I'm really careful in the winter but it usually gets me by Jan through til March.
Try the lye soap. I was skeptical tried everything the doc said for the baby. The lye cleared it up in 2 washings.
I now have the softest hair and skin. It is clearing up some black heads.

It is good stuff.

The only thing I do bare back is sex.

I've been a helicopter mechanic for the past 13 years, gloves are important part of that job. I guess I'm used to wearing them. When you make a living with your hands you gotta take care of them.

I see your name. Dyna Rider. Do you work for Dyna-corp? If you do I know some people you might know.

I was air frame mechanic on kc-135 and JSTARS (Boeing 707).
I worked with some nasty stuff.

Good stuff! Is that for me or the dog? I'm just using cocoa and Shea butter on my hands for now.

Never heard of lye soap but Ive been given a great natural blue soap.

I'm in Spain so I reckon it's an Ebay job! :)

No, but I know who they are and I know some asshole that worked for them. Do you know a guy named Fred that wears glasses and everyone hates? He worked for us for a little while. He came from dyna-corp and worked at ft Campbell.

Btw, I'm also a airframer

Those Norwegian fishermen are really Madison Ave ad execs. Kidding about that, but yes, I don't use the cortisone unless my hands are cracking, then discontinue until they crack again. I use the Nuetrogena otherwise.

Maybe. I was raised 5 min from back gate of Ft Campbell. My dad was DOD worker for 30 years.
One of my friends mom used to do the hiring there.
