So Idk why I'm posting this on here. Probably because I'm too embarrassed to show any one in person. But this tthing is literally a pain in my ass.

Took this picture last night. It popped by itself and drained. Feels alot better now. Not swollen.IMAG0213.jpg

I think this was a bite or insect sting, see the fucked white blood cells
around the crater?
really more info required please

Don't stick anything in it. If it drained by itself that's good.

Epsom salt soaks and a warm compress will help. If it gets any worse you need antibiotics, like bactrim.

That is an abscess. It might spread to your lymph nodes or blood next, be careful.

Take a heating pad and a moist towel soaked in epsom salt solution and put it over it for a couple hours a day. It looks like you'll have a big white plug fall out of it then just keep it clean and dry and it'll heal with a big purple scar right there...

That's all I got. If you get red streaks or swelling lymph nodes you need antibiotics immediately before you need even more escalated treatment.

Hmmmm. A REAL medical opinion , eh?

But Epsom salts? You spot a cal/mag deficiency, Fung?!?

Epsom salts are good for compress to help draw out heat and infection.

They can also be mixed with water and ingested for a saline laxative.

Not to mention the uses we have in the garden.

They truly are a wonder medicine.

i get so many pimples and ingrown hairs in that area. i didnt really think too much of it other than it was a lot bigger than usual. Started out like a pimple and just kept getting bigger and bigger. Finally it had gotten so swollen, thats when the pain was the worst, and it popped while i was sitting on the toilet. I put gauze on it and it actually didnt ooze all that much considering the size. But the swelling has gone down and it feels like its getting better, and very itchy.

I think i will go get some epsom salt tomorrow. Thank you for recommending that. I think ill take a long soak in a epsom salt bath tomorrow.

Here's mine from July, I was laid out from a back injury and got an ingrown hair that I didn't address properly.

Nearly put me in the hospital, that did.

Well it looks better than it did.

You may still have pus sacks in there that will result in residual infections. Keep taking care of it and hopefully it'll get better and hopefully it won't come back either!

Thanks for the cool pics
