It doesn't make sense that they'd pay 6500 a pound though either….so they'd get back 9,600 dollars if they sold all 16 ounces of every pound for 600?…..that's a small profit to be after so vigorously for all those years.

and not even factoring in that i know myself & others who were paying $400 for an ounce of Uptown Haze back then….you could get it for $400-500 if you knew ppl…..but if u didn't, you were def paying $600….

but i mean, i'm sure lots of ppl paid the $400 i did, cuz it wasn't like i was family to anyone, i just happened to meet the right guy.

now lets say everyone paid 400….they'd only get 6,400 back….so see what i'm saying, they would have to sell every ounce for 600 minimum for it to make sense.

they def started growing it, maybe not in the beginning, but they def did at some point, and instead of lowering the prices, kept them where they were to increase their profits. There's no way in hell they were buying it for 6500 that entire time, if they were, they're fucking retarded.

No one I know paid 400 for a Z of haze back then.

BTW if you're in the NYC area and get any of that haze I would love to meet up and taste some and compare to what was around in 91. Be well and haze up....

last i ordered from sb my money disappeared. at least it was a m.o. so i got my money back. that place hasnt been the same in years. no credit cards and cash or m.o. only. id go with h.d. if it was me. I dont see the jack/haze cross u speak of at h.d.

I got my last order from seed boutique, sent a blank money order. Not how I like to roll but I wanted that Frankies real bad. hehe

Sent $40 to Peak Seed in cash too... we will see if that comes thru. I would not order hundreds of dollars worth in cash or maybe even money order left blank.

This is the most hyped strain I have seen in a long time. Only 1 or 2 people to say how it smoked so far. Far out man.

On the $6500 per pound, that sounds way high to me. I realize that New York is higher cost but shit!

I sent cash in the mail to seed boutique, also got a couple packs of deep chunk to go with my 2 packs of haze x jack and it was no problem. I'm sure it could be a problem potentially that way, but fuck it I said to myself... the glowing reviews and Chimera is already well loved.


Plus I literally wanted to take a trip to NY just to try this.

Got some very nice freebies too. Customer service was very good, very responsive to email. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to try again with them.

I'm close to NYC, but haven't seen the Uptown Haze in a while…everybody is smoking Sour Diesel in the tri-state area….and theres OG Kush that goes around too….but mostly Sour Diesel….

it used to be all about the Uptown Haze, nobody else had it….now it's all about the Sour Diesel….and VERY few ppl have the legit NYC Sour Diesel now.

I laugh when ppl say they have sour diesel & i smoke it & either it's not sour at all or you can barely taste it…..the legit NYC Sour Diesel has an extremely strong sour taste, like no other.

I know it's available in seed form….but it's hard to find cuz so many companies have tried to capitalize off the name, calling shit sour diesel when it's not…..I ordered Loud Seeds Sour Diesel though, cuz they claim to have the original AJ Cut from NYC, which would be the legit one that i'm after.

I enjoyed sour diesel, definitely was sour and strong. But just like with kush, it suffers people calling anything the flavor of the month imposters as the real deal.

Sour diesel is nice but isn't anything I'd say the end all be all of cannabis. Even if I found the holy grail, I'm bound to find other plants I love just as much. Variety is the spice of life and all that.

i totally agree….i love the sour taste & it's strong….but i've had better highs….i've had better tasting bud…and i've had stronger bud too…..

i love variety. I don't like smoking the same shit everyday, all year.

but theres a lot of ppl in NYC area that ONLY smoke Sour…i can't get down like that….i love sour, but i can't live without variety. I get tired of the same flavor and high every single time

I haven't, I have a pretty full up room for the moment, but I think I might have to pop some beans. Thing is, I wanna preserve this line so when I do run it I want to do an open pollination of some kind. I may have to build a shit flowering box for the males and do some pollen collection and brushing I'm thinking.

Hopefully it will be all that and then some. 6500 per pound? Unless im oblivious, the market hasnt been the same since 05'. Since alot of states are legalizing MM, i believe its taken the wind right out of the sails of the MJ business. I ordered peak nlxblue way back in the day. Pretty decent stuff.
