The Lady that runs it is Ridiculous. She woke me up this morning to discuss a return due to a seed missing but very quickly starts yelling I can't hear you for 30sec right of the bat. I explain you just woke me up but I did speak clear and loud. I am very good at it I know. But her British accent was so heavy I could barely make out what she was saying she sounded like she drank a half of a pot of espresso before we talked. She was trying to say she would refund me for a seed that ws missing on the next order I purchase. I said thats not gonna cut it, me having to purchase more seeds to see a refund on an order I already payed for. So she starts yelling again HELLO,HELLLO,HELLLLLLLLLOOOOO, because she didn't hear my response in .1 millisecond of her asking which was very rude I thought it was pretty weird but maybe because of our overseas connection. So I sarted getting upset and had to raise my voice saying IM HERE, IM HERE, IM HERE, like 8 times before she stopped yelling and said OHHHH there you are Sir, I says I been here the whole time if someone isn't responding you don't have to yell. Im just waking up I explained again and prob our connections aren't great. So she whent back into how she can put this return on the next order I place with Attitude. Thats when I got pissed and started raising my voice a bit. I told no way would I buy anymore seeds if I have to in order to see my refund or return, I couldn't believe she said you can send it all back for a full refund. I said Ya sure I waited 3 weeks for a package but Im gonna wait and pay for shipping again for one seed she said no that not what I said I said I would refund it and any purchases on your next transaction would be more freebies. I know Im not hard of hearing or stupid I heard her change her story a few times before se finally said that after I got mad. Its a shame some people will try you if they think they can get away with it. I finally was so mad I told her Never will I purchase another seed from their Bank so to not worry about her freebies that the 1st where all small and looked unviable anyways. Perfect freebies they never would spout anyways because it looks like all where picked from a half sick nasty plant. the seeds are teeny tiny and the only one that has potential is the Grizzly Purp Kush which sucks a nut anyways. The DNA fuego is tiny and would have snowball in hells chance of growing Im sure. I have been breeding my own seed for years so I know what healthy seeds should look like and I have to say they all looked pretty sick. The only companies that where good looking seeds was Archive seeds but they did skimp me 1 seed on a 12pk. I emailed Archive Seed Bank personally to try and resolve the issue before shitty Attitude called to ruin my morning. So all in all I don't FUX with the TUDE NO MORE. THEY BE CUTT OFF MY LIST. And she even refunded me that seed too. good stuff but her trying to be shady was the point and getting my blood boiling at 10am on my day off was not worth the refund or time to me. Im writing this right now smoking fatty of Jesus OG with wax all in it just to calm down from that escapade.
