Nute burn, blackberry 6 weeks veg

Just gave a low dose of nutes last week. Here's my 6 week old blackberry, still vegging. Assuming it nute burn since she just started turning yellow with some burnt tips a few days ago. She's in BioBizz light mix and temps are between 70-83. Should I flush or just feed water the next time or two?

Feed full strength. How much water are you giving it? How big is the pot?
I haven't fed/watered in 4 days and the pot is still heavy and the soil is still very moist. It's like she's not drinking and the pit takes forever to dry out it seems. It's. 2.5g pot. Should I go ahead and feed now even with the soil still wet like that?

Thanks I will do that. In this cab it's the apollo 75w led. It's worked good in the past at least.

Did you check your drain holes, make sure they arent clogged. Id get a fan on her to help her along, aerate the soil and poke holes in the soil to aid in drying. If you check your plants everyday, no need to water too much. Id give that plant a 4 count of water (pour while counting to 4), that should be enough to let it dry out in 2 days. Giving it just enough water is important for a feeding schedule. This is what I call a drought plant...overwatering she acts super mad. Dry her totally out, she droops a bit but comes back fine after a drink. Drier side is better then excessive water, especially the 1st 6 wks or so. After she gets hardy then bouncing back from overwatering is easier transition

Thanks as always. I'll check all that out.

Nothing seems clogged on the drain holes. The drooping is a little worse. I am wondering if it's becoming rootbound. It's 2.5g pot and been begging for 6 weeks so I know I'm pushing it. If I have to transplant that's going to be difficult.

Cut holes ( about the size of a dime ) in sides of pot...utility knife or something, ( You can put tape over them later.)
Raise pot off of floor...put bricks, rocks underneath. Add more drainage holes on bottom.
Put fan blowing on pot.
Wrap pot with heating pad on low.
Poke holes into soil till they hit bottom...round the holes out so dirt doesn't fall back in.
Lastly..repot into dry soil.

If it was root bound , roots would be coming out the bottom.

What probably happened is you have carrot root...when a plant is overwatered the roots don't have to go very far for water. So the root forms a carrot shape ( which is bad ) This can lead to nute problems, root rot etc. Since the root ball is so small it can't absorb nutes properly.

Let her dry out...
You can just foilar feed until she does dry out.

Good luck..

Thanks. I can definitely cut some sqaure holes on the sides. I've never done foilar feeding really is there a organic product you recommend?

Also, if I cut some holes on the side, should I be concerned about the light hitting them?

Don't worry about that little bit of light going through the holes. It's not going to affect the roots or the plant. And once root production starts rocking...just tape them up.
As for nutes..basically any vegging nutes would help. Just make sure to dilute it well....maybe 6 drops in a spray bottle.
Spray the plant...let dry..spray again...let dry..spray..etc...repeat daily.
Add some Cal / Mag to the spray..again just a few drops. ( You can use Epsom salt...like a pinch per spray bottle )
You should see improvement pretty fast as cannabis absorbs nutes really well through foilar spraying.( spray top and bottom of leaves )
Don't put back under lights until leaves are dry.

Great info thanks! I will try mixing the foilar spray tonight or tomorrow. What about transplanting to a 3 gallon smart pot?

So I read that bio-grow can't be used as a foliar spary, but their Al-ga-mic can - which I have. 1-3ml per liter. Should I go with the low or high range for this. I suppose I'll had 1ml of calmag into it as well? Pictures are the algamic specs.

You should spray as ASAP
When growing indoors remember this mantra when it comes to problems.
A day is a week
A week is month.
Just read the ingredients on that bottle... low % wise. You would have to make it thicker...way thicker.
I was thinking more along N @ 7 , P@ 4, K@3 or something close. The bottle shows N @ .25. ( point 25 ) It's almost like a tea or part of one of those multi bottle nute programs.

You can use it, but you will need to use more in dilution. And spray more often. But be careful it's not too thick or the leaf has an adverse reaction. Spray a few of the bottom leaves thoroughly and repeatedly and check them the next day.
Moving to a geo pot would help.. Just cut the old pot off, don't try to pull it or dump it out, pots are cheap.

Personally I just Age Old vegging nutes and Age Old flowering nutes in slightly augmented ( dolomite and mag ) Sunshine soil. That's it...no Bud Candy, no 20 different bottle growing crap.
It's organic. easy to use, foilar friendly ( I foilar until 2 weeks into flowering. ) and it's inexpensive..
If I included everything, electricity, soil, nutes, lights, bags, clones...it costs me about 12 to 17 dollars to grow an ounce.
Just like this..

Ok thanks again. I can't find any of my nutes that have a high P. Biogrow is 3-0-8. And biobloom is 1-2-2. I can't find online that says those can be used as a foliar though. Should I try the algamic and mix some biobloom which has some P?

You need N ( and lots of it ) not P.

And if doesn't say you can use it for foliar, I wouldn't.

I would use the one nute you can use as foilar and have a constant and steady regimen of foilar feeding until the pot is dry enough to water / nute again.
Place a plastic bag over the top of the pot to keep water from the foilar feeding out. It can add up quickly.
Last thing you plant needs is more moisture.
Just mix a batch and spray some of lower leaves heavily and wait to see if anything weird happens , Doubt it though as weak as that stuff is. Next day if all is well spray the whole plant, dry, spray. dry spray. dry, wait 20 minutes, put back under lights. Repeat.
If you do it right you should see results in a couple of days, darker green leaves, etc. If after a couple of days you don't see any real improvement , double or triple the nutes in the spray bottle..except cal mag.... Hopefully your pot will be dry by then.
But the faster you dry out the pot or repot the better.
When the roots are water logged they can't absorb nitrogen , so the leaves yellow from lack of nitrogen.
So if you don't repot, dry the hell out of it. ( So when you pick it up to check it's weight it should almost smack you in the face because it's so light ) Plants in veg can easily handle this.
Or if it droops ( you'll be able to tell the difference between curling and drooping.)
And before rewatering. pick the pot up and drop it from a few inches onto a hard surface or bang on the sides lightly. You need to break or loosen the soil without tearing the roots apart too much.
And not all pots dry out the same rate...I have plants in the same size pots be one or two difference in watering schedule, same soil, same strain, who knows ? I just water by weight anymore.

Once you get it dry and then back on track with nutes it should recover, you can still foilar for awhile if you need to.

Good luck.
