what's tragic about fox is that they can't report a single fact.

everything is opinionated heresay..'i think', 'it might be.. to a few clips about sacto and OMG!!!! they are cutting their water OFF!!! and yet NESTLE is STEALING our WATER!!!!!!

listening to that shit would give me high blood pressure, seriously..nitro, do you have hypertension?

Finely someone came over to the dark side. My doctor is impressed with my low blood pressure , and I feel relaxed and comfortable. As you know I have no live TV just the internet and RIU.

I seen the clip about the water and I knew doom and gloom was coming. I believe the west coast was at five percent of its normal snow pack the last time i looked so the hand writing was on the wall for water problems. And I heard them talk about how they would dump all there reserve water into the pacific to save a 3 inch smelt in some california river systems awhile back.

The smelt problem has effected my entire business. Because of the smelt the Feds made me under force install a 24/7 GPS on my boat so they know everything I do, they know when I stop and start , when I go home when I go to work , and they put school kids on my boat to observe my catch for one month out of the year . Big brother at work using my equipment to do their study. that sucks.

The good part about the observers is I end up liking all of them so far. I just don't like the use of force or they will throw my ass in jail. I believe that Rob Roy has warned people about this use of force from our government and it is real.

I wonder how the public would like a federal GPS stuck to their ankle ? that is a question that is more real than people think. and that is a fact.

A few years ago a federal judge from the state of washington put the smelt on an endangered species list because an Indian tribe that has harvested smelt in the rivers in washington brought it to there attention that there catch rate was down.

Pada, you are so wrong. Fox news doesn't have to tell me about water problems. The fish processor that i sell shrimp to , they use a lot of water and they are very aware of water problems with out you thinking fox has to give them a heads up about water.

Come up for some air.

We are busted, the fucking smelt are thicker now than they were twenty years ago. The feds could of just asked me about the smelt but they wanted to put there own young kids on the boat to count and weigh them. Now that the numbers are at record levels they don't want people to know about it because then who would they go after next that had equipment they could use for free on the ocean.

so you're saying that the smelt are at record levels and yet they are monitoring you?

The smelt are a bye catch that go through a fish excluder with the shrimp and into the net and then my crew will pick the smelt out of the shrimp before it all goes into the fish hold to be iced. Anything that is 3/4 of an inch or smaller will be the only thing that makes it by the fish excluder. Everything bigger goes out a 3/6 foot hole in the net and released back to the ocean.

Smelt is a small percentage of our total catch but being on the endangered species list really got the feds involved.
