Two part ?.. 1.How far away do these hot ass lights need to be away from my babies?.2.how many medium size plants will these successfully raise.?? Help a youngin out:joint::bigjoint:

That is old, but if it's in good shape it should work. I'd keep them about 16-18 inches above the canopy. If you put your hand under the light right above your plants and it's hot you should raise them. Also you can put a thermometer under the the light where the plants are right St the top of the plants and take a temp lo try it out you'll be able to tell if they aren't liking it.

Cool man.. So how many plants can a old light like this flower?

Ok. I understand the lights old.. But let me worry about the light u know. I ask a couple questions and I get things like "that's old" or "you'll burn your house down" like wtf? Lol.

A 250w hps can usually cover a 2x2 to 2.5x2.5 area pretty well so depending on your growing techniques and strain that's how you'll tell how many plants you can grow
