hey all! Just wanted to share this years outdoor grow. I'm growing cuts of my favorite Pineapple Express pheno, iced grapefruit and a cross of pe and stews pbyy. Soil is my pig farm dirt I've used for years. Nutes are unsulfured molasses.

I've been thinking about adding a hydroponic river to my fish pond. Basically having a flood and drain deal for some plants next year. Anyone ever try something like this? The water temps stay below 75 and I've got the design figured out. Id have to rely on waste from the fish and plant decay for nutrition. The plants in the pond itself are very healthy. Id love some thoughts on it...

The smell of this one is so cool. I've had a great season this year with my cuts. I only grow for head and a few close friends so yeild isn't important. All that matters is that I don't run out lmao. I have a rocklock that my neighbors growing that is disgustingly dank smelling and new for me is iced grapefruit which is becoming a favorite of mine. I love the smell.

Thank you. A few more weeks and I'll take the front ones down. I'm gonna try to get a few of them into the end of October if I can keep bud rot away. Something about that extra month of flower that is amazing

Wish I could make it until the end of october, I'll be lucky to make it another two weeks.. bud rot is hitting me hard. Post bud pics when you chop.

I had a scare today thinking some brown spots popping up were rot. I did some digging in them and found caterpillars. I'm pretty sure I got them all. My fish and frogs loved them lol. A few of my girls are starting to stink up the neighborhood in the mornings and I may take two down this weekend. Trics are showing to be a nice daytime medicinal smoke if I give them a few more days. It'll be a nice change from the couch lock smoke I have.

@m head. Good luck with the end of your season. Can you possibly cover them to keep the morning dew off?

These caterpillars are causing a real headache for me. I'm finding 15 to 20 a day for the past few days and I can't seem to get ahead of them. They are shredding buds. Pineapple Express is the favorite. My crosses and iced grapefruit are being ignored. One more week for the pe would be ideal but I'm not sure if I want to fight them another week. I'm thinking 50/50 amber is gonna have to do. Hopefully the others can have a few more weeks without becoming the replacement snack

Most growers are spraying once a week with spinosad or BT to keep the bud worms under control. It's a non toxic solution, both of them are just bacteria that kill the worms but won't cause issues to the buds. I picked one small worm off my GG4 plant this morning, but it's the only one I've found so far. I spray every weekend, alternating between BT and spinosad each week. So far it seems to be pretty effective.
