Hey everyone, idk about you, but it's time to get fat tomorrow! The Tree of Life is really taking off-she's the tallest plant in the tent now:) I had to start bending her today...some of the tops are growing much faster than the others, so I'm going to try to even it out a bit.

The Dr. Grinspoon and the Crockett's Tangie are still coming along, no sex on either, but the Grinspoon was a feminized seed. The Tangerine Dream and the Blue Cheese are flowering along...the blue cheese is small, and really quite unremarkable, haha. The TD looks like hell, but she has a lot of buds growing and she's pretty frosty, so that's a plus.

What's up mc finally read through the entire thread. Things are looking splendid

So funny thing before I read through everything I checked out the grass hopper and the first thing through my head was this things going to replace my launch box. Just for the record I do have a beard and drink PBR so your pun fit rather well with me.

@FranJan As for the impossible Sativa's in the ultimate sativa revival thread it says to put a nail through the stalk to help it finish it really does help and will work with almost any plant sat or not just some food for thought

thanks for stopping by, man:) I appreciate the compliment, even though things the two girls aren't in optimal condition. that launch box really made me angry:cuss: really it was mostly the batteries..i could probably go buy the cord, but then i don't want a cord-that defeats the purpose of the box, imho:weed:

LOL, why PBR? i don't get it...and idk about you, but i get the worst beer farts from that beer, hah! Actually, i don't even drink any more. Not that I have a problem with it or anything, I used to when I was in the military, but now I just smoke...never really liked alcohol, but for a while that's all that was available.

haha, i don't think you'll see any nails in my plant stems;) :peace:bongsmilie

I don't really drink either just thought it was funny I went my PBR faze awhile back

As far as the batteries go get some from batteries plus powerex I believe they last way longer. If you decaboxylize the weed it helps (fancy word for dry the shit out of it) I then put mine through a sink strainer the metal ones you use if you don't have a in sink airater just push it through it super fine grind also watch the videos I've only been unsuccessful at teaching one person how to get massive rips off one

Well I can't say I don't have a Black Widow that doesn't love having her head cutoff :)! I've seen different strains do different things to the same stimuli so why not imperiling a plant's well being make some plants try to mature faster. It's all hormone's, right?

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well. It's another Saturday, and the garden is still coming along:) I topped the Dr. Grinspoon for the second time today, but the Tangie is still not ready for another. Seems like I got the tops evened out a bit better with the bending...not perfect, but close enough I think:) 7/8 tops are all about the same height...

Here's a pic of the garden:

And the Liberty Haze is slowly coming along in the veg tent (getting topped in a few days):

Also, I'm germinating two seeds today: another Tangerine Dream since I've done the first one so badly, and a Tangie- just in case the first is a male. If it is a male, it is tempting to just let it pollinate the Grinspoon and pretty much everything else I can get my hands on.........I don't really have room for breeding projects, so I'd just grow out all the seeds...they'd be free though.....definitely something to think about.

Alright, after one day in the wet paper towel, both seeds germinated, so I put the Crockett's Tangie and the Tangerine Dream seeds into the dirt and the veg tent:)

Are you running some of those 12/12 from seed?
uh, i'm confused...the three youngest plants in my flower tent are 13/11 from seed, the TD and Blue Cheese were vegged for a bit, but I stunted their growth with a late topping in the start of flower...the three in the veg tent are on 18/6...working on starting a perpetual grow to get a constant rotation going...the plan is to let Dr. Grinspoon hang out in the corner, and rotate through the other 4-5 spots with a plant every 2-3 weeks...not sure how the timing will work out, but we'll see;)

Hi everyone, I hope things are going well:) The Crockett's Tangie and the Tangerine Dream have both sprouted:) I had to help out the TD and gently pull the shell off the cotyledons, but she looks like she'll make it.

Here's the veg tent (topping the Liberty Haze tomorrow):

Here's the girls in the flower tent:) The Tree of Life (front right) is growing very rapidly:

Hey Boss, wazzzup! I was wondering something? I'm assuming you killed your under canopy light, yes? Have you noticed any difference in their drinking since? Was just reading an article about the amounts of IR LEDs generate and since you use clay pots and I've worked in restaurants and know what IR does to ceramic :), I was wondering if there was less water intake now? Or are you still under-lighting?

I'm also wondering if 12/12 and training is good for the Dr at her tender age? You get balls again I'm thinking it's not just Barney's Farm ;).

Best of luck with the growing bossman!

Hey dude, thanks for stopping by:) So yes, I have temporarily killed the under canopy light, but that's just because the two plants are so short. I'm planning on bringing it back when things fill up, but right now there doesn't seem to be a need. The thing to remember about the COB is that most of the light is directed up and not laterally, even without reflectors, so the pots didn't get warm at all. My biggest worry was that a branch would fall on top of the LES and start a small fire, hah. I've got an idea for that though-just a 90mm fan wire finger guard.

I don't think the 13/11 and the topping will hurt the Dr....as long as I don't get her too late into the beginning of the stretch, like with the two in the tent right now, she should be fine :) I can still throw her in the veg tent too, so idk, if she looks like she is having problems, that's what I'll do. Seems fine so far:) yeah, I think I stressed the last one a tad bit, but the balls were everywhere, so maybe just a dud combined with my treatment of her...haha.
