So yesterday I bought myself a gym membership.. I bought some protein shake stuff.. I bought a giant bag of kale and another of spinach for salads.. I also bought pork lion and chicken breast for the salads.. The only unhealthy thing I got was croutons but they are fat free..

Also made some imitation crab meat sandwich with fat free mayo and pickles with spinach..

I'm going to start attempting body building, and I am kinda clueless where to start..

I read online, just eat a ton of shit like 6000 calories but I'm not so sure about all that lol..

I'll post pictures of my healthy salad here in a minute...

I'm actually looking to maybe take a mild dose of testosterone. We are made to believe that it is unhealthy for us, but I'm calling BS..

You're doing it all wrong man......i'd love to help ya out but im still on downsyndrome mode

What kind of protien....Whey Isolate is the best for after working out as it hits the muscles quicker......Casein is great for before bed becasue it will digest slower and feed your muscles throughout the night

Try to get all your carbs for breakfast, lunch and early afternoon.....unless ur trying to make dem gainz

Dark greens are best...Spinachg and brocoli....asparugus is good too...

Chicken breast all day

use protien to supplement a meal if you cannot eat

I eat every 3-4 hrs ..small meals but healty....keeps the metabolism goin

I was told to get a bottle of whey protein with BCAA in it which is amino acids I think for the muscles so they don't hurt so much after the workout. Also I'm about to buy a high speed blender so I can start making smoothies which I can add the protein into. I like smoothies a lot. I read that its best to have some kind of protein immediately after your workout.
I want ripped abs. I'm tired of being skinny. I also want a nice butt. Nice butts come in handy.

I heard the more cocks you suck the more weight you can lift.

I've seen Jenna Jameson lift an '87 Buick Skylark over her head so it's probably true.

Canned tunafish is also really good for bodybuilding. Like 30 g protein and 2 g fat per can. When I cared about my body I would mix that up with some diced red pepper, red onion, cucumber, a few green olives, pepper and lemon juice. Like a ghetto Nicoise salad basically. Can also wrap it up in Butter lettuce for a handy snack.

If I may offer a bit of friendly advice ODanksa, substitute the pork loin for lean turkey or fish.

Kids on the hunt now! A good diet is the easiest way to stay healthy, glad your going down that road. Funny enough I just stumbled upon some evidence of you slamming bj chicken nuggets, I mean it is white meat..in color. Either way I went down the vegetarian road and all I gained was the importance of nutrition. Also I was better than all of you for close to a year, but nutrition was the main thing. You can eat and eat and eat shitty foods without ever feeling satisfied. It's your body saying you're not eating the nutrients it needs. If you eat what your body is lacking it takes a surprisingly small amount to feel satisfied (not full exactly but contempt). I eat a minimal amount of food, honestly not a fan of eating in general but I give my body what it needs. I also give it a bunch of shit it doesn't need, one of those moderation in excess kinda deals.

Salads are fantastic and all but it doesn't equal healthy

You can work out all you want but if you don't actually eat properly you will fail

Forget literally everything you "know" about diets and health the majority of the information is wrong

What you need to do is eat for nutrition
That's whole foods with a variety of vegetables grains and proteins and little to no oils (ie veg oil ) and no processed foods

You should have a variety and plentiful diet of foods throughout the day
And a protein shake since you said you're including it

5-6 small meals per day
And sorry to say but limit your alcohol intake a 6 pack a day isn't going to do squat but make your life harder

and as dreadful as it is the key to being healthy is to start making your own food from scratch
This includes your salad dressings

Although time consuming if you do it Ina. Proper way it's pretty easy
Go to grocery store on off day and cook for your week and prep all your breakies and snacks for easy access so you make healthy choices not wrong on the go decisions
Example: cut up all your veggies and store them in individual serving size Tupperware containers and a side of hummus
( just an example of a snack)

If you're going to do smoothies cut up all the fruit and freeze them in individual ziplock bags for easy access

Make your own protein bars don't buy often those bars are nothig but a glorified candy bar
And speaking of being glorified don't get sucked into the market of "healthy" processed foods they are a marketing gimmick they aren't healthy and they do nothing to help you

I have a protein bar homemade recipe made out of various things if you're interested

As for cooking meals at home ease up on oils and butters
If you use margarine switch to real butter
Don't use ketchup or store salad dressings make your own
Cut back on sodium intake

Eating healthy and right takes time and major effort everything that's been taught to us is pretty much a load of bullshit
100 calorie snack cakes provide no nutritional value but are gimmicky ways people think they are eating healthy

Right now the world is on this gluten free protein craze
You don't need a shit ton of protein per day even in weight lifting if you're unsure of your specific protein needs you can use an online calendar
We as a so society over eat protein on a per meal basis

And if you don't have celiac gluten isn't your enemy although that doesn't mean go eat half a loaf of wonder bread eat whole grains or sprouted grain breads should you wish

And most of all raw vegetables they are your new best friend

and in the end don't forget to indulge on a snack here and there or a beer ultimately if you shut yourself out from things you are used to eating every single day you will rebound and go to town and not come back
It takes 22 days to break a habit they say but I think it's best if once a month you splurge on a pizza or whatever

please don't disregard my information simply based on me being a vegan I know a lot of people do on here and I have lots of knowledge on this and it's sad they miss out simply due to being ignorant about my own personal food choices

Oh just another quick note
Chia seeds , flax seeds and hemp hearts are fantastic you can find them at the health food store add them by a tablespoon to your salads or smoothies whatever

And watch with over dressing your salads
Super easy mistake people do
Go very light mix and add tiny bits more until it's just properly dressed

I have a pretty stellar avocado dressing with no oil if anyone wants
