Compost brewer/air diffuser recommendation

So I have my recipe picked out for a five gallon AACT.

1 cup EWC
1 cup fish bone meal
5tbsp molasses
5 rasp kelp meal

Now I just need a pump and air diffuser to oxygenate the mix. And a 400 micron bag.

Any suggestions? I would like to start brewing in a couple days.

With extreme compost tea brew.

But a simple air pump,like in n the pic,and a 5 gal bucket will work just fine.

Do hydro stores carry the black strap molasses? Where would I obtain it?

Pretty sure I can get most everything else at a hydro store or garden store.

Use a sock or old nylons instead of a micron bag. Just be sure to post pics of you wearing your nylons ahead of time so we can verify that they will work.

An aquarium pump and stone will work, or you can get an air pump from the hydro shop.

You need 2 cups ewc 5 tbs molasses and no bone meal for a act if you want a nutrient tea then use it but good chacne you might burn some girls up if your not careful. I use 2 good handfuls honestly I don't usually measure

IMHO, I think you really need a strong enough air pump to actually get the tea moving, as opposed to just bubbling. The pump I use came with a 6 way manifold and pumps a shed load of air, I place 6 air stones around the base of my 7 gal bin with a 5 gal brew, it's important not to have dead areas where the tea isn't being moved. I don't bother with a bag or sock/stocking, just pour every thing into your soil, or if you need to foliar, strain just enough to do that.

My store does not carry pumice or lava rock, but they had blackstrap. I think that the one that I got is made by Botanicare or someone? My store told me that they order from Sunlight Supply and HydroFarm, if it is in the catalog, they can order it. I dont know how your store works, but I dont think that molasses is hard to obtain!

you sorta are doing a nutrient tea, for aact you just need compost or castings, and molasses.
Also fish bone meal is virtually all NON soluble, so it won't do much for your tea, other than accumulate at the bottom.
If you want a the enzymes from fish, a hydrosylate is the one you want.
Don;t really need kelp meal in there either.
A good nutrient tea would be fish hydrosylate, kelp meal, and molasses.
best to do them separate though.

I don't plan on using it straight. I'll put 4 cups or so on the top of the soil and then fresh water for the rest. I really don't feel like cleaning my water wand and water pump.

I believe my soil is running out of nutrients. I hear fish meal is more readily available to the plant then bone meal.

I need a small amount of nitrogen and moderate pk

No EWC in the kelp and fish ? Could it harm or prohibit bacteria/fungi growth?

Do I have to bubble the nutrient tea?

4 weeks into flower and showing yellowing. I top dressed with each and some more of my mix but it appears the plants are craving a combo of npk.

Harris teeter has blackstrap most big box stores(grocery stores) do you have any kind of a gardening store if so they will have it. Do you have a active ewc bin? What ammendmentS do you have handy?
