Hanna..screw milwaukee I only use their ph solution. Well for the price of a bluelab I can buy 3 hanna pens n it's the same .1 difference in accuracy. My tap waters 7 so when I'm setting up my shit I turn my pen on n pop it in tap water if she's off I know it's time to calibrate but the hanna is pretty consistent. Hanna also do a more expensive version for like 80e that does the same as the bluelab n comes with a spare bulb n all n still cheaper than the blue lab!

I'm wrong mate, my bad. Im confusing martini Milwaukee with Hanna. Either way none of the other PH pens have a tick symbol to show whether it needs to be calibrated and I like this a lot. Think I picked them both up for €80, EC truncheon also. Spannabis. Growth technology stand.

As for price, for me that's irrelevant because I get trade discount. Just bought Method 7's for €109. Also got a cheap reflector for my mate and a 125 vent fan, all for €146. I never pay extra.

Definitely worth the money if it protects your eyes and stops you overfeeding the plants.

Yeah I've had em kinda specs since I started.cost me like 12e cheapest I could find n does the job like urs.great for taking pics of the flowering room as well

That's why you need the glasses! In the UK there's less bright daylight and sun which confuses your retina into thinking you have a UFO in the grow room! lol

Made feed up today then ph it after nutes were added and it came out at 5.4!! Oops lol..

Used the ph up & down hydro solution to get it at 6.6 but does anyone know a cheaper way to raise/lower the ph?

Yeah man ur main nutrients usually send it down n rizotonic n silica send it up... I don't really use ph up anymore just add a small bit of rizo or silica...silica really shots it up like daaaamn lol if using silica I pour half my water into a jug. Add my base nutes to the bottle,sake then put it to one side n add the silica to the jug then stir n then mix em together n add either rizotonic or more base to get it to what I want..if she's off by a few points I've a ph down n up already mixed with some water ..maybe 3 drops of down per 2ltr of water or one drop of ph up per 2ltr(those drops are dependent on the % of the active ingredients so its all about trial n error ) a splash of that to my mix to get her down or up a few points n don't ever mix the up n down together..saying that ive done it a few times with no problems but ur tots not supposed to
