Hi I'm new to this game and I'm just wondering when I move house I will have no where to have my grow, so wanting people to shed some light on these secret gardens you can buy that look like a normal wardrobe/little side cabinets,? Need it to be discrete so when family and friends come over they don't have any instincts cheers

It's all about how you set it up into your furniture.
I used to have a piece of black fabric I hung over it to cover the side holes as well.

Seen that bud out of my price range lol and with the cheaper ones I don't think they would be super silent and smell proof have family and friends around a lot so don't want them having any clue at all lol

Sound and smell are related to your filtration and fans you're running.
So you could be silent by not running a big fan, and the carbon filters muffle fairly well. If you have a very small space it could more or less sound like a computer tower running.

Okay thanks! I may have to purchase one? Would you recommend for a couple of plants or do you think it's a waste of time? And would you get a big enough yeild with a space that big!?

Look around indoor flea markets and used furniture stores. Maybe Goodwill and salvation army.
I got this 2x4x6 oak wardrobe for $80. I gutted and painted the inside flat white. I put a 4 inch fan and filter and 432 watt t5ho in it.

I used to run a 36" X 18" X 60" and could get between 8-13 oz out of it. So I mean I depends on what you think is worth it and how much space you have to utilize.

This is on point. You could actually build a basic cabinet from for around $60-100 depending on how nice you want the wood to be with parts from your local hardware store.

Yep. Something prebuilt the size I built could easily be $800-1000 or more. Those prebuilts are ridiculous in price.
I got 80 in the cab. 100 in the light, 100 in the fan and filter, another 80-100 in odds and ins like paint and sealing it up.
Something around this size what oz would I be looking at ?

So it's 16" X 9.5" X 36". It's not much room to work with, but you could maybe pull a couple oz once you get the setup dialed in. It's pretty short so you're going to need a super low profile light. You could probably get a 150 watt hps for like $60 and get yield up a little higher maybe 3. I can't see the amount of space allowing any more Han that per grow.

Yeah I'm looking at the dimensions of all these. And most list the height first to make them seem like you're getting ok area. But then you realize the l and w are 16" and 9.5". Really not giving you much space to work with for $500.
