The light is around 20 cm away 350
I'm using a compost based with perlite temp is around 76 haven't given any nutes just yet plain on 6.6ph water

soil is too hot... mix it with 50% coco. it will be fine as it gets older. but typically seedlings have enough nutes withing the shell to maintain their health untill about a month old.

If You want to get decent plant transplant it into big pot now. Plant Your autos straight into final pot or they stay small.

The reason why you are mixing in coco is because your soil is too "hot". The term "hot" means that your soil has too much of a certain kind or multiple kinds of nutrients. If you are hoping to correct a deficency by mixing in an inert medium, well, prepare to be disappointed. However, if your soil is too hot and you want to mix it in to lower the nutrient concentration by mixing in an inert medium you will probably succeeded.

Think about it like this. If you have a cup of water that is too hot you could stir ice into it to bring down the temperature. It's pretty much the same concept, as mixing in an inert medium to lower your concentration of nutes.

Edit: what type of light are you using? CFLS? If so 20cm is too far even for a 350 watts. I just got done with a grow using 315 watts from cfl bulbs and they were like an inch, two inches away everyday.

I wouldn't move it anywhere for now (as in repotting)... disturbs the roots which are still very fragile.
Yeah definitely lower your lights, make sure your humidity is good, but don't worry too much - they don't like being fussed over too much, actually you can kill them with that at this stage especially

I moved the light closer is 350 cfl only about 3 to 4 inch from plant still only using tap water left for a day and ph down to 6.6 anything else I can do to make this baby burst ??

She's fine and looking very nice there, working on her 3rd tier

At the moment she is also very busy developing her roots, which is essential for the rest of your grow, so don't fret, growth that you can't see is happening too
If you have a small fan, you could give her a bit of side breeze (not a tornado, mind! haha), that will make her strengthen her stalk a bit in preparation for the coming growth spurt in the leafage.

The way I've observed it, the growth pattern is a bit stop-and-go throughout the grow. A big growth spurt happens after the plant looks like yours does and seems to have paused - actually, busy developing rootsystem.
THEN! haha
go look at a DWC grow journal, in DWC it is the most visible - they trot along ladida-style, and then boom! all of a sudden, within a week or so, they're all bushy

Of course there is also the stretch as flowering begins, which often doubles up the plant's size, in this case depending upon the strain.
The leaves of yours look pretty indica, so that stretch may or may not be huge for you (indicas tend to stretch less, but there are exceptions )

Yes newer leaves will be lighter than older ones, just a bit.
She's advancing nicely!

LOL actually I'm only on my 2nd grow at the mo, so I don't have favorites yet
Northern Lights#5 x Haze from Sensi Seeds, so also a sativa-leaning strain, like yours, but not auto, just feminized.

Well just from yours being a haze (=sativa) I would expect her to stretch more than not (though her leaves look wider, like an indica at the mo).
But it depends on her ancestors too -- you can research that for example on seedfinder.eu
Pay attention which breeder yours is from too. Though they may have the same names, often their genealogies -- and therefore their whole beings (growth, leaf shape, finnickiness, flower times, shape, yield... just everything) -- can be different!

The shell comes out straight away lmao and the soil is the one that has the nutrients for the first 2 weeks u pled lol learn something and then come back all ur gunna do is kill someone's plant !!

INSIDE the shell = cotyledons, the baby plant's little survival pack for the first days.
And sir, plants live off the energy they produce in photosynthesis, what they get from the soil is just the components
